Mashed potatoes, field peas or Lima beans, and coleslaw. Cornbread with pork or rolls/biscuits with ham. Yum❣️

I make this and use all the liquid in the pineapple. The flour in it is to thicken the pineapple juice and creates a gooey thickened sauce that is wonderful. I use one can crushed and a small can of tidbits,. Also I use 1/3 cup sugar instead of a full cup of sugar. It is delicious.

I was craving pine apple yesterday. I got out french vanilla Ice cream .I opened a can of pineapple rings.I put 2 rings and a little of the juice on the icecream it was so good.

I've been making this for many years now and it's the most loved thing that I make. People request me to make it for every luncheon or get together. You would never think that pineapple and cheese would go so well together and you don't even really taste the cheese. I usually use about 3/4 cup of sugar and I add a dash of cinnamon with the pineapple.

The only thing I do slow is moving in the morning because of my arthritis but once I lubricate those joints I am on the go.☺️ ohhh I have to add I named our new toaster oven Paula! It was my daughter’s idea.

@@mike856ms how long did they say they had been friends and working together? Can’t remember and don’t plan to watch the video again, but well over a decade. I’m sure they know one another well enough by now to work that out between them if they think there is a problem. It seems to me she is a great help to Paula and keeps her on track, more than just making interruptions! Every very busy person needs that at times! But no matter what, how would you feel if someone came to your home and insulted your friend of more than a decade in their presence? Because that is what people are doing when they come to Paula’s site and insult Teresa!

Omg I love pineapple casserole! I make it with pork and chicken dishes! I first ate it when I was in Charleston, SC for a convention. I loved it so much I bought their Junior League cookbook that had the recipe in it! Thanks for bringing yummy to a dearth chilly morning! I can’t wait to make it with your recipe!

Im intrigued by this pineapple and cheese dish..ill be making it. I wonder if I put some jalapeno in it if it would still be good. I like sweet and spicy dishes. Or maybe just make a spicy pork tenderloin to serve with? I am hungry now! ☺

Oh Miss Paula! My sweet Mother in Law made this all the time but used mozzarella cheese. A little more heart healthy but so good! Thanks for sharing the idea to so many! We all need more pineapple in our lives.

This is very good with ham for sure. My sister and I have been going to a restaurant for years on Thanksgiving day. They only serve Thanksgiving dinner, turkey and/or ham but with the ham they have the pineapple side. It's wonderful together. This would be great made with fresh pineapple. 🍍 It would definitely be sweeter. Thanks for sharing!

LOL...oh Paula, you're funny...you tell him...lol. Why is his face so red...is his blood pressure high? Actually pineapple is very high in sugar. What other kind of flour could you use that would be good with that? Pineapple is FABULOUS on cheescake! I LOVE Judge Judy!!! Why did she let herself go anyway? Her hair always looked so nice and you'd NEVER believe she was going on 80...with it back in a pony tail, you would though.

Definitely have to try this. I can't seem to get away from your Orange Brownies. Those brownies are so good , your lips fall off eating them, It's my most requested recipe to make for others. This recipe is very unusual, so I'll have to give it a try.

I top this with bacon bits or shreds ... i must admit i have not tried your version yet, the one i use is a cake type with crushed...i am looking forword to this later in the week .... cheese ... interesting!
