Great flavor combo, I would hollow out the tomato just a tiny bit so the topping holds better, but I’m loving the whole idea

Their wonderful olive farmers here. Consider using real fresh olive oil and not "cut" olive oil. Once you use 100% olive oil, U will see why Italian have long gevity. It tastes out of this world. Do a video on real olive oil!!
