Bobby, please show us how you do the light, crispy breading on the chicken tenders that you sell at your Chicken Box restaurant. Your mom has posted lots of fried chicken recipes, but they all involves whole eggs, buttermilk and flour and it makes a thick, dense crust. I suspect that what you’re doing at Chicken Box is water, egg whites and bread crumbs. Please don’t make me guess and share the recipe! It’s unlikely that you all invented this type of breading, so it won’t hurt you to share what you learned from someone else. Cool video!!!

My couscous is always dry. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I go by the package directions every time. Think I’ll add tomatoes and onions like you did, the tomato juice should keep it juicier.
