She reveals how much she and Uche have been in contact and where they stand, and also shares her feelings about Lydia. Plus, Aaliyah reflects on something that was a "red flag" with Uche in the pods.

Aaliyah wasn’t my favorite (nor were most of this cast), but she’s handled every interview post-production with grace and class. It doesn’t sound like Uche was her person anyway, so it was prob for the best that the Lydia situation soiled the potential engagement.

This season was disappointing, but I will give it another try next year. The show concept is truly beautiful. I didn't find Lydia believable, I think the description Milton's sister used was 'it's fake'. I just think she has been through so many failed relationships and is at the age where she settled realizing as she said herself, that Milton appears to love her for her and she may never find a man who does that. The future with those two is unpredictable. It possibly depends on how much of a bunny boiler Lydia is...and how much she is willing to settle for being loved without having that passionate feeling in return.

I agree with your comment! People are treating her like she is a little girl. She even said on an interview “you have to understand when a man doesn’t want you” like seriously?!! She only blames Lydia of everything. She could have just ended her friendship with Lydia if she didn’t like the way Lydia was talking to her. It was her choice to run like a little girl. Now she wants to blame Lydia for taking away the chances to find real love like Ushe was the best thing ever. 🙄

@@Hopeigirly Exactly ! She was mistreated by Uche not Lidia. Lidia gave her more than a best friend would. It was sad to watch Aalyah becoming bitter from feeling jealous and threatened over Uche's prevailing interest for Lidia.
