Pray everyday and ask God to watch over you were ever you go do meditation stay away from toxic people set goals eat clean at least 80 percent of the time hit the gym listen to pod cast and Motivation videos to fuel your sprite you must learn to love yourself I am a good postive people with good energy I do whatever I can to keep my vibrational high don't allow them wicked people destroy you postive energy.

I learned that I suffered from toxic empathy because I empathize and support people who don’t deserve it. I never knew that being an empathetic person could possibly become toxic. I’m on a healing journey and I’m so thankful that I’m growing to love myself more and more everyday. God bless you ❤

Their judgments, conversation, observations, and gossip will definitely be determined by the individuals they are and their perceptions based upon their experiences. No matter who it is, neighbors or anyone else, remember it is okay to have your peace and determine what's good for you. You will find the best ways to eliminate or reduce burden of negativity in your life from anyone. It may take time, but we all learn what it takes for us and how to take action to have it. 🥰🥰

They refuse to forgive, except my apologies numerous times from me. Always down grading me. Now I don't have to stay in a dark place because of meaness. I am definitely going to f orget them.

Just continue to take one moment, step, and day at a time. Also, know that it's difficult for them too. Remember, it will always seem like a win from the outside, but everyone has those hidden struggles that you will never see (in those coming against you). Just remind yourself daily that everyone battles, those you think are winning and coming against you, and you. And, you won't understand so continue to focus on you, and when it comes to those you believe are winning, just know they struggle too and they have not figured it out all the way either.
