Song Lyrics:
Everything around us will fall into dark
When you keep on looking into the sadness
Nobody in this world may ever be free
My heart will shiver and I can't take deep breath
But rains will end and nights will pass, griefs will purify
The dawn will come and bring the light in this world
Grace to my heart, hallelujah
I know you really care for me
So I leave everything in your hands
You'd walk with me all the way
Learning to love yourself
It is the greatest love of all
Time will come where we feel the love and the reason to believe
Standing in nowhere and searching for meanings
A sleepless night haunting us like a shadow
A blur in the future, the fear of unknown
There will come a time where we can leave everything behind
Breeze are running through the land and endless to the sky
Together we will make it through this deep night
Grace to my heart, hallelujah
I know you really care for me
So I leave everything in your hands
You'd walk with me all the way
Learning to love yourself
It is the greatest love of all
Time will come where we feel the love and the reason to believe
And rains will end and nights will pass, griefs will purify
The dawn will come and bring the light and lead us to new world
Grace to my heart, hallelujah
I know you really care for me
So I leave everything in your hands
You'd walk with me all the way
Learning to love yourself
It is the greatest love of all
Wherever you go, this world that we breathe together
Nothing more precious

Comment from midori, who composed Glory To The World. I was playing on the piano one summer morning last year, but the idea that had disappeared without taking shape finally took shape. I started playing from the pre-chorus, and the chorus was born as it was. It was an event of about 5 minutes. I went to the local church several times when I found time, such as when I went to the United States or between UK tours. I felt that the power of church music and the energy of people were tremendous. This song has such an atmosphere from the moment it was born, and I wanted to make it a song with power, so I arranged every detail with Mao. I am convinced that the synergistic effect of the lyrics and the MV maximized its power. This world is in a difficult time right now, but I hope this song can help push your back.

The band members have adopted the wolf as their band spirit symbol so in Japan they are known as "The White Wolves" and boy can they howl! Just glorious metal music from five supremely talented women at the top of their game. This was an appropriate song for your "Bandemic" since the band have said that it is essentially about the passage through the dark days of the pandemic to the light beyond.

Well Harry will love Dawn LIVE (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mNuBg9l6s7DHcWQ.html) where a 16 y.o. Hal-Ca (playing only since age 10) gives a Force of Nature demonstration on the strings and 17 y.o. Miyu with the 7 string bass just give a clinic and from the front row you can see every chord stroke. Rising Moon is a great intro (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/f8yogMxhp96YqGQ.html) to the band but LIVE is where you lose your mind with Hal-Ca and her Hendrix vibe ( I saw him LIVE 2 twice and she leaves me with the same awe). This trio is destined for greatness (a la Cream (1966-68) with Baker/drums, Bruce/bass and Clapton/guitar) and with no ego wars they will shine a lot longer, except they were just signed by Baby Metal's label so I really worry about them going forward (getting stuck with vocalist(s), changing that fusion creativity they all incorporate) anyway, just watch these kids who just graduated High School and be amazed!!!!

This song was created as a cheering song for people around the world suffering from COVID-19. Midori (a tanned guitarist in a bundle of left blonde hair), the composer of this song, commented, "I composed this song with church music in mind. When I went to USA, and between UK tour, whenever I found time, I went to the local black church several times. The power of church music, the energy of people, was tremendous. I think this song has had that kind of atmosphere from the moment it was born. With the wish to create a song with such power, we paid attention to every detail of the arrangement. The world is in trouble right now, but I hope this song can help push your back.".

There is a reason why the Japanese bands so technically good. Training from an early age is one. Another is the "music market" is really tough, Japanese audiences are expecting excellence and bands/performers who are so-so don't make it. Also there are many venues for the bands/performers to build a following, some fully equipped, so the bands only need to show up with their instruments. Japan in the #2 music market in the world, Kpop's biggest foreign market, bands forming, dividing, reforming and totally new creating a dynamic that gives us Western Barbarians some really top flight bands.

The 2 words that highlight ANYTHING this insanely talented band does (MV, Studio or LIVE) is FLAWLESS PERFECTION. They are driven for total perfection in everything that they do and it shows in each and every video. A great song that really highlight a positive message from Asami's great vocals (her R & B/Jazz/Soul background really makes her the perfect front person for this band). The M & M show as usual is dynamic and flawless (love Miyako's new custom Dean guitar) but that backbone of Miho's bass (head banging like a bobble doll) and then the beast on drums Haruna the human dynamo (she never heard the words SLOW DOWN or STOP) just drive this from start to finish. Another song that shows all the talent of the band is: Edge of the World LIVE (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fK2Cq7t0qdq2dnU.html) Miyako's classical piano intro, Midori's weeping guitar and Asami's bluesy vocals are followed by several awesome transitions and shifts in gears that are stunning, a real masterpiece that captures what this band is all about. Love the reaction and this band is so great pick anything from their LIVE shows of 2019 or 2020 and it will be FLAWLESS PERFECTION no matter what song it is!!!!

I'm pretty sure Miyako is a musical prodigy! To see her piano work on the Etude intro to Swan Song, and the classical intro to Endless Daydream, I am amazed that one human being is at THAT level on two different and dissimilar instruments, especially since she has only been playing guitar for about twelve years!

@@garykeeling2275 Agree with your take, though "prodigy" usually refers to someone really young and ahead of their age--it sounds like that did describe her as a kid. If you want to see LIVE unisons, check out WE THE UNITED. They have a 3-minute unison spot. There's a few live versions out there but the one from ZEPP is the best... although I can't seem to find it anywhere right now. It was on KZfaq for a long time now maybe they took it down for some reason.

@@caltithoulouse4861 No kidding. The whole goal of music is to get it out to the world but they keep taking down stuff, even official stuff (Liar from Studio Live, for example). Japan is the best place for music right now but for some silly reason(s) it's not being actively marketed to the rest of the world and it's mind-boggling. PLUS: the 3-minute guitar unisons in We the United need to be seen by everyone!

@@bonered9210 This reactor has issued a reaction video of BAND-MAID before LOVEBITES, but I just took a rough look at the comment section of BAND-MAID and found more than 10 over "Do LOVEBITES next time!" What do you think about it? Various BAND-MAID videos from different reactors also have so many "If you are interested in Japanese female bands, please do LOVEBITES next time!" There is a comment. Haven't you seen so many comments like this that you don't like BAND-MAID? BAND-MAID and LOVEBITES have a lot of fans in common, and it has become commonplace to introduce each other in the world of reaction videos between these two bands. In fact, it is no question that LOVEBITES is starting to become so popular now, and the power spread by introducing it from BAND-MAID's reaction videos is very large. The commonality of Japanese all female bands is what link these two bands. You are free to hate BAND-MAID, but I was disappointed to have such a statement.

They are primarily inspired by Helloween and Iron Maiden, according to band members. They've also cited Angra, Judas Priest and Metallica as major influences. Mostly their influences derive from power metal, thrash metal, and traditional metal, not so much prog metal bands like Symphony X, though there are bound to be some similarities. Symphony X is a great band, though!
