Found this interesting: Opening track "Glory to the World" was composed by Midori. She was inspired by attending Sunday services at black churches whenever she visits the United States or the United Kingdom.[2] She has always liked gospel music, and said the song has elements of gospel and a section for pipe organ. Describing church music as "powerful," particularly when enhanced by worshipers, the guitarist arranged the song to be "sacred" and church-like in a broad sense.[2] Midori cited the unison and harmony between the two guitars and bass on "Glory to the World" as the most difficult thing on the EP due to how fast some phrases are.[2] Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Asami wrote the lyrics to have a positive message and also included the phrase "hallelujah" to have a "holy element.

A very positive message with M&M doing their exquisite dual lead, Haruna and Miho's speed and precision and Asami's beautiful soaring vocals. Love it!

There are so many things that add up to making Lovebites such a special, once in a lifetime band. Not only is the musicianship unprecedented, the vocals unique and powerful, (or gentle and soothing) but unlike other Japanese music sensations they have been faithful to their core musical beliefs. They haven’t resorted to cover songs to court attention and greater coverage. Miho founded the band as a true metal head, with NWOBHM in mind. But now she is no longer part of the band, and yet they are more metal than ever. Asami, a one time soul and chorus singer is now an out and out thrash queen. When Miho left, Asami wrote that the thought of disbanding the group and going their separate ways was painful enough, but more importantly she had fallen in love with metal music because it gave her the opportunity to sing to her fullest extent and range, and even to improve herself. That she writes such uplifting lyrics, time after time. That the band performs with smiles on their faces, genuinely enjoying their day job. That not only are they beautiful on the outside but just as beautiful on the inside. Their respect, admiration and gratitude for their fans is unparalleled in my experience. They make me feel proud that I support them, because that’s how I see it. They have my full support in any way I can give it, by writing about them and spreading the word. I can never adequately express how much they mean to me because it would sound trite. But they mean the world to me, which is something no group of musicians before them has ever come close to doing. The power of that church music and the energy of the people is tremendous. This song has such an atmosphere from the moment it was born, and I worked on the arrangement down to the smallest detail in order to make it a song with power. This world is going through a difficult time right now, and I hope this song can help push you along." P.S. The location is a wedding hall in Japan. Occasionally used for shooting music videos.
