A new EP and a live DVD/Blu-ray both will be released on August 28. „LOVEBITES EP II“ will contain new songs and also a re-recording of the band’s debut „THE LOVEBITES EP“ in a limited edition. „Memorial of the Warrior Souls“ is the live recording of last year‘s Tokyo concert during the Judgement Day tour. It features 7 live versions of songs from the „Judgement Day“ album including „Soldier stands solitarily“. And also the pre-release „We are the resurrection“ which was the opening track for this show.

Without the bpm app I would guess over 200bpm. The pace is completely crazy. How much practice is necessary to play this live? And, Lovebites played the song live. It's completely crazy what these 5 women deliver. Almost all other bands in the world are not on this level. Lovebites is very impressive, even if you don't like the music. Everyone will recognize the talent behind it, even if they don't like the music. I guess...

I appreciate the panning of the chugging guitar in the intro. It’s nice with the bass sitting front and center. The drums remind me of “Son of a Gun” by KMFDM, only slower and not electronic. This song is definitely one of the highlights from “Judgement Day.” The video is about Asami fleeing the unseen evil from the original Evil Dead movies, but then she finds the Master Sword from Legend of Zelda and banishes it. Well, maybe not, but that’s my version. Anyway, LOVEBITES recently finished a loop of European shows and festivals. At one of the festivals, they were able to get a pic with Babymetal. It was cool to see the wolves and the foxes together.
