Great reaction, thank you. (lyrics below) The guitarist left with "body language" is Midori, the right, stoic guitarist/pianist is Miyako, drummer/co-founder is Haruna, bassist/leader/co-founder is Miho and the vocalist is Asami. All are about 30 years of age and 'veterans' of several previous bands. Their precision of performance is unsurpassed, imo. Piano is Miyako's 'first instrument' having begin at age 3 and picked up guitar at 18. All are multi-instrumentalist. For more at this intensity, one not 'reacted to' yet is "M.D.O." from same show: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hL1gm9Rnm63UaYU.html They have 40 songs, all equally impressive across several sub-genre. "Holy War" is great for vocals, solos and harmony-duet-guitars: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mM1xq9N21avHnqM.html The more you become aware of their lyrics will bring an even deeper appreciation for their 'message' that is perfect for the challenges in today's world. If you can find time, interacting with commenters is encouraged. Thanks for promoting LOVEBITES and including the link to video in your description. Subscribed. Swan Song lyrics: If this was the last day you could live on this earth World you still go on, accusing someone for today It’s better to fail than not do anything at all It is not the length, but depth of life that counts Oh brave soldier Oh gallant warrior Valor to those who died in battle to Valhalla Believe what’s in your soul For death will come to all You shall rest peacefully in God’s Heaven Floating lotus You are so graceful Saintly and glorious Till the end of time Floating lotus You are so beautiful Sing me your sweet song The legend of the swan If you’ve never hoped, you’ve never been though despair Ignorance is bliss, it’s easier to not care You might think it’s meaningless to sacrifice a life Sometimes the life of one can save so many more Oh brave soldier Oh gallant warrior Valor to those who died in battle to Valhalla Believe what’s in your soul For death will come to all You shall rest peacefully in God’s Heaven Floating lotus You are so graceful Saintly and glorious Till the end of time Floating lotus You are so beautiful Sing me your sweet song The legend of the swan Floating lotus You are so graceful Saintly and glorious Till the end of time Floating lotus You are so beautiful Sing me your sweet song The legend of the swan

Miyako's first and primary instrument is piano. She was trained as a classical concert pianist since young. Guitar is her 2nd instrument. And she can play bass and is learning drums. Oh, and she composed this song. Yeah, she is gifted. If you know a bit about classical music, even if you didn't know all that info, you will know right away she is classically trained; her sitting posture, hand movements and body language during the outro piece shows she is not a Jazz or self taught pianist. She has a BA in Music Education on piano. Very good reaction. Your profession entails you to pay attention to people's body language. You have a very astute eyes for that. Good luck to your channel.

Swan Song is already version 4.0 plus of heavy metal. I don't know if there is any metal band that can come close to this masterpiece of Lovebites. Nice reaction. By the way Asami vocalist trained ballet in the past and therefore she moves majesticaly and dance on the stage.

Yes!! Lovebites again! We love it!😍 Thank you so much for great reaction to Lovebites. I'm really enjoy it. Lovebites is the best one heavy metal band right now in the world. All musicians on this band is insane and world class talent. And all personal band can playing more than one instrument music. The bassist Miho can play guitar and drum. The drummer Haruna can play guitar. The duo guitar midori and miyako can play piano too. Specially Miyako, she's classical piano and can play slap bass guitar too. The singer Asami little bit can play piano too. Next song try "Raise some hell" from them if you more get head banging🤘 Hope you check out and can enjoyed again. Big thanks

Miyako has been a classically trained pianist since she was a small child and didn't start playing guitar till she was around 18 and I think her background could have some influence for her more stoic stage presence. Unleash the Archers is a pacific northwest band, Vancouver BC, so technically not overseas, just sayin 😉

Miho(bassist) has done a great job on this song, the 2 guitars, vocals, and drummer is on overdrive mode working at 100%, bass is hard to hear but she has done a great job making the song huge/epic by supporting the bottom end, very solid.

Yeah never get enough with them actually Asami in the young edge practice ballet and before joining the band she was R&b and jazz singer. Her inspiration is Aretha Franklin. Also she likes Bruce Dickinson vocals. Now i reckon it's time to check the songs Epilogue and Signs of deliverance. Enjoy it and thanks for your reaction. Stay safe and stay metal.

Hey, great reaction once again. As you noticed, not only are they masters of their instruments but the lyrics are also beautiful. This band really has it all. And if you can believe it they have only been together for 4 years! One song they will melt your face of with their aggressive riffing, next song they will melt your heart with beautiful ballads. As a drummer one of my favorite things about Haruna is indeed her posture, how relaxed she plays, as u said being very efficient (they do 2hr shows). Try - Thunder Vengeance Live (opening of this show), Edge of the World, Break the Wall, Holy War, Burden of Time (studio live), Raise Some Hell all Live. Enjoy and stay safe!

You were almost speechless after that, which is pretty much how a lot of us were when we discovered them. They were formed from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan for awhile). Miho (bass) recruited her former bandmate Haruna (Drums), and they went and found the two guitarists, Midori and Miyako, and the whole group found Asami, the singer, who was doing soul and blues at the time. They have only been around for about 4 years. One of their strengths is that Midori and Miyako are actually so different in style and tone, which makes their duets all the more powerful. Midori is the extrovert and speed demon; Miyako is the introvert, with the more soulful feel. Midori uses a cleaner tone, Miyako uses more distortion and pinch harmonics. They can both smoke most of the shredders in the classic metal bands. I second whoever told you they match up in the history of metal. And none of those other shredders were concert-level classical pianists!

They truly are something else..that is FLAWLESS LIVE!!!. Miyako was trained as a concert pianist from age 3 and didn't pick up the guitar till 18, some say she still plays the piano better than the guitar. All these women play multiple instruments, Your dynamo Haruna is only 4' 9" and yet generates as much power as Kai (Nightwish/Wintersun) despite that size. I go back to the 60's and I'll put Midori and Miyako up against anyone especially LIVE, there is no more dynamic duo playing LIVE today!! Let's get you ready to take on day: Scream for Me LIVE (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/b7WXZ8qnuLvRc6M.html) and see what Midori/Miyako can do especially harmonizing FLAWLESSLY Raise Some Hell LIVE (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/h9NdZt2ZqKzLmJs.html) Should be their theme song as the energy on this one is insane. Empty Daydream LIVE (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/or6Ykth-sp-Ymok.html) Check out Miyako's piano intro and Asami's great vocals before the band goes off.

You need to go to europe to get good metal 😉 or japan, as I discovered a while back... You dont need to hear more, just buy everything. Not a bad track. Its really crazy. Three albums and three EPs full of power. Add some live albums to that. Two separate and one as a bonus in a Clockwork Immortality album version. And all this in just a few years

Enjoyed your reaction, brother. I'm not too familiar with this band. I have heard some of their songs and really enjoyed them. Their sound takes me back to two all female '80s bands. Phantom Blue and Vixen. The drummer for actually had one of her Harleys taken apart and made it a part of one of her drum sets.🤘

Miyako is a classic trained pianist since she was a child. She didn't learn to play the guitar u til she was 18 years old. She is a huge fan of Frederic Chopin and Antonin Devorak. In the lice dvd before this song she plays Chopins "Etude" as a prelude to this song. She composed this song as a tribute to Chopin and Devorak and her upbringing as a pianist. Miyako has said if she wasn't in rock and metal bands she'd probably be a music teacher.
