It's a great song! I have to imagine Lovebites takes it all in when they perform live in front of the crowds, and it will set in even more as they become more well known on an international level. The ladies of Lovebites seem the type to remain humble no matter what level of success they achieve! 🤘🐺

This song is the 19th song played live on this day. It's the last song. As expected, the voice of Asami's speech is a little hoarse. For LOVEBITES, you can feel how extreme work is for nearly two hours of live performances. (I think singers in particular get tired). But when she starts singing, those worries disappear. Asami once again delivers her tirelessly energetic voice. In general, rock bands sometimes prepare a song with only instruments (= a song without vocal parts) in the middle of a live performance. This is to give the singer's throat a break. However, in LOVEBITES, Asami continues to sing all the songs without rest. I am blown away by Asami's abilities, but I hope the band thinks of a way to lighten her load. ---------- from Nippon *It is a sentence using Google translation. I hope I conveyed my intentions correctly.

I really like this song (and others). Different format, changing tempo, and yes, crowd choir can make you cry. Lovebites truly is the best metal band. Thanks for digging the treasure of them.

Thank you for checking this song out 🤘This song and "We The United" are my favorite songs from Lovebites. Yes I did cut the ending of the show off as I intended this video to be more of a lyric video and focus on the song rather then the song plus the full ending. If your looking to do more Lovebites I suggest you check out the song "The Apocalypse" as the song Under The Red Sky was kind of written as a part 2 to "The Apocalypse" from the original Lovebites EP. There is a live version of that song from this same 2021 show

Another great reaction. Keep up the wonderful comments. This is the first time I watch this song in sync with the lyrics. I own a Blu-ray copy but it doesn't have any lyrics. I was very excited when I saw the trailer for the Heavy Metal Never Dies concert and knew I had to buy it and watch it immediately. It is 2 hours of amazing Lovebites performances. This song is the second encore song after Thunder Vengeance. Only two song where these amazing musicians wear matching marching band coats. Haruna in particular playing the drums matches the marching band look. I wonder how they will look when they play their next full concert. The only sure thing is that is going to be amazing! Peace and Lovebites!!!

This song is about finding humanity in the aftermath of the atomic bombings in 1945. How many artists would have the guts to take on a topic like this? And of course they crushed it.

Thanks so much for the information! I'm guessing not many would have the nerve to cover such a sensitive topic. I've found with Lovebites music though they touch on pain that people go through, and provide a feeling of hope and happiness for the future. 🐺🤘

The slide section is so powerful, it suits the topic perfectly. I visited Hiroshima after I saw the band in concert in Tokyo in March. I went out of respect and it was not even up for debate. My schedule would include Hiroshima, as a priority. I’m going back for the gig in Osaka in September. This time Nagasaki will be visited. Then I obtained a ticket for Sapporo which made Nagasaki challenging (they’re at opposite ends of the country). Nevertheless, even though I’m not there as long as I originally planned, I will visit Nagasaki after the Sapporo gig and before the Osaka gig.

Great Reaction!!! I have been going through some older stuff of theirs and there is a song from either their 1st or 2nd album, but they played it in this concert. @@shorecat Did some reading about the Apocalypse, Above the Black Sea, and Under the Red Sky and they seem to be connected. The Apocalypse is about the Hiroshima Bombing. Then Miyako-composed "Above the Black Sea" and the Mao-composed "Under the Red Sky", together make up a love letter to Sergei Rachmaninoff. Unable to play his Piano Concerto No. 2 on piano, Miyako created a "guitar concerto" with these songs instead. They are linked by their titles and lyrical themes about war. Also Under the Red Sky Asami approached it as a sequel to "The Apocalypse", from both their debut EP and first album, which is about the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. After reading this info, and seeing these songs connected, really makes me appreciate them even more. Thank you for your reactions and inspiring me to dive deeper onto Lovebite beyond just their music talent alone.
