I have become a broken record when talking about Lovebites. For me personally, best metal band ever. The have modernized 80's metal with elite level talent. In 50+ years of metal listening, I cannot name a guitar duo that is better than Miyako & Midori. Everything they do is so well structured and composed and played cleanly and tight. They don't need on stage theatrics which some knock them for. Put your money where your instruments are, that's what Lovebites does. Haruna is a master of being the engine for such a fast based catalog. And she doesn't drum in a straight line. She adds all kinds of fills and grooves. The octave changes and transitions are second to none.

I think we are only days away from knowing who they have chosen for their new bassist. There was a 3rd screening scheduled for early to mid August, but after some Social Media pics yesterday I’m pretty confident that they were from said screening. They’re making sure that they have the right fit, and I know they will then take us up a couple of levels. Their potential is limitless. As for this song, I can’t begin to imagine how Lovebites would sound without the 142cm Duracell power pack on drums. It’s brutal and should constitute aural assault!
