Loved Ones of Jeffrey Dahmer, Zodiac and Other Serial Killers Speak Out

These people were loved ones of serial killers. Sierra Barter’s family held close a monstrous secret. And this year, it was her mission to discover the truth. Joseph James DeAngelo Jr. is known as the Golden State killer. In 2020, his brother-in-law of 40 years, James Huddle, spoke out about him. In 2017, a woman had no idea that the man she was having an affair with was one of America's most notorious serial killers. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.

Depends on how they killed someone. Most serial killers have a signature style of killing. Not every serial killer was like Jeffrey, cannibalizing his victims. All don't necessarily go around strangling people. It's differences in manner, types of victims, their motive, etc... that make them "prolific".

The Zodiac Killer was never identified. Even though some people claim he was because some author looking for his 15 minutes claimed a random FBI agent told him.

What does horror movies have anything to do with being an actual horrible killer?
@melissalee2153
@melissalee2153 23 күн бұрын
What's crazy is that many serial killers often know of others in the area, not personally probably but as seen on the news or police reports. It's like a secret club or something and they often enjoy the company I guess. I remember reading a couple decades ago, that the FBI theorized that there might be as many as 1200 serial killers in the US at any time.

Netflix show seems to suggest Lionel Dhamer revelled in the fame and the opportunity to make money by exploiting his son's heinous crimes
@patriciafeehan7732

He never seemed like he wanted to make money, but he was determined to find out what kind of mental illness his son suffered. He felt eating human flesh should be repulsive but not for his son. His father was looking for why or the name of that type of behavior in a human being. Dahmer was an unusual sociopath…he broke the mold. One of a kind, forever we hope.

Jack the Ripper has been identified. Scotland Yard went back through the clothes of the victims kept in boxes all these years and pulled out DNA samples from each. They were then tested and famial DNA was used to identify the person who did it. He was one of the five suspects that Scotland Yard had identified but couldn’t prove that he was the killer. Now they have the proof.

My money is on the American Surgeon, when he returned to the East Coast of America, there were murders with similar M.Os there! I think H.H. Holmes had a different M.O, he was sadistic but preferred a more hands off approach to his victims.
