At 28 I was a people pleaser, with low self worth, and anxious attachment style.....Now at 35, happily divorced, therapy educated, developing self awareness and authentic self confidence, accepting and letting go of my previous unresolved tramas. for the first time in my entire life I am comfortable and confident setting firm and healthy boundaries. I just feel like if someone is not being consistent with you, as in communication daily , affection, showing care about how you are doing, how your day was , I just feel that means he isn't showing interest and doesn't want to pursue you.

The bread crumming is like poisonous white sugar, very addicting. While engaging in the breadcrumb board the landscape is set up for a validation pattern. The breadcrumber gets a high that this confirmation provides. It is insane thinking this situation ship will thrive or be different. Change the landscape, get off the boat. The sinking ship is no longer an option. Next!

I feel like I have been breadcrumbed, quite a lot really! There options I tolerate some of the time but it does feel one sided sometimes, one guy I know has got away for a long time and we are still friends but still friends I don't know what else to do so now I'm focussing on myself I have better things to do than to sit around

I'm 70 but I think I'm a young 70 I've met a chap who 58. I've known him about 2 yrs we see each other nearly every day. He's so kind and he's been such a wonderful friend to me, unfortunately I've fallen in love with him. But. He doesn't want to marry anyone, he likes me I know or he just wouldn't bother like he does, he cares he worrys bout me he's my hero. Should I be just be content with this, do you think I could get it to another stage I wonder

He's told you that he doesn't want marriage, so believe him. If all you want is Friends With Benefits, he's your guy. If you want more, cut off the Benefits and start looking for what you do want.

I think that would be boring! I find the light-hearted stuff and jokes entertaining. And some of the funny examples are relevant. But that's just me!👍

a dash of jokes sprinkled here and there is fine but they spend so much time fooling around... they start a point take a long tangent and come back chopping the point off... Fool around, it's fine just do it at the end so I can skip it. Their content is good but lately it's pretty much 50/50 content/jokes ... if they trim the fat the podcast content is 10min long only @@angiebieber2581

they start a point, take a tangent (jokes) come back and hurried chop off the point. They share good content just a ton of fluff (jokes/fool around)...I mean if they did the fooling around in the end/beginning I would skip that part @@angiebieber2581 I like their content, it's just VERY diluted and distracting with all the fluff (jokes/foll around) every few seconds.
