I remember that in their 2020 Festa lunch, one of the things they did was for each member to say something that the member on the left did which made them angry. This was then Jin to say something related to JK. Jin started off by saying there was really nothing that JK did which made him angry. What he said was he only felt bad when JK had a problem and secluded himself. Jin said it would have been better if JK did not shut himself off or something to this effect. And the other members agreed to what Jin said. So I guess this is what JK does (isolates himself from people) when he has some deeper problems or maybe even depression. He prefers being alone.

my heart has been broken ever since i saw jk's first live!!! i was worrying about jk as he was missing in action ever since jin's enlistment day!!! when i got the notification of jk's live on weverse i was so happy that i could see our pretty baby, but the moment i saw him i was so sad.... he looked so unhappy and deeply hurt... since i am not a korean and do not understand the language except for some basic words, i couldn't understand what he was saying until i saw the subtitles provided by beloved armies !!! but i didn't need any words to understand him because his eyes did all the talking to me, to us, didn't it? every army could see that he was so sad and hurting!!! he looked so listless and lost... very unlike the super energetic bundle of joy we have come to know!!! we saw a heartbroken on the verge of depression jk!!! i honestly started worrying abt him more aft i saw the live!! the way he was drinking and talking , the pain in his eyes and voice was so clear!!! i knew that jk would be affected badly when jin left, but i didn't know he would be affected to this extent where his life would come to a stand still like this!!! the way he would look into the camera so intently with a faint smile when he felt emotional was so hard to watch for me!!! our poor baby, our jk is hurting so bad, but there's nothing much we can do.. and i feel so helpless... my heart goes out to our baby boy... you know, he's only 6 years older than my daughter and i feel like my child is going through a hearttbreak!!! its so sad to watch jk fall apart like that!!! i felt a bit relieved when his bros immediately came to support him, encourage him and cheer him up!!! they know how badly jk is hurt!!! i also worry abt jin because he too must be knowing what his departure will do to jk.. now when i think abt how jin must be missing and worrying abt his baby jk and also having to go through his service , it makes me really sad!!! i just want jk to take one day at a time and pull himself together.. hopefully his family and his bts hyungs will help him get through this some how!! also jin will try his levelbest to cheer him up and talk sense to him through calls atleast!!! he will not sit idly and let jk wallow in his sorrow... jin will certainly get him through this... i am certain and jk always listens to his yeobo jin!!! i want jk to know that as his loyal fans and wellwishers and as people who love him immensely and infinitely we will always support him and have his back!!! he just needs a little bit more time to pull him through and i am sure he will bounce back with a record breaking album... be cause he loves us so very much and wil not disappoint or make us worry ... he will bounce back and let's all pray for that... lots anlots of love to our jinkook....apologies for the long comment but i neede to speak my mind!!1 thank you and love to one and all❤❤💜💜💜💞💞💞💕💕💕

He was so young when he joined and a huge chunk of his life was spent so busy and surrounded by the other members. Then, it abruptly stopped. I'm sure he misses Jin terribly, but I don't think it's all about that. He might feel lost and directionless right now. Huge changes to your life can do that, I know from experience. If he is depressed, the best thing he can do for himself right now is to stop being alone all of the time. Again from experience, I know that just makes it worse and worse. I hope the other members will help him and if needed, I hope he seeks the help he might need to get his life going again.

I watched his live, and it was so obvious that he is missing his big brother. 😢 He wouldn't sing The Astronaut, but he sang the other member's songs. While singing For Youth he didn't sing Jin's part, and we flooded the comments with purple hearts, which got the reaction you saw in 1:20. He even said that he was touched by seeing all the purple hearts.💜 It was a bit worrying hearing him say that that he spends most of his time alone and doesn't do much. But honestly he has worked non-stop since he was a kid, he deserves to have a break. Especially as he has to join the military soon. 😞 And we know he hangs with Tae, as he was with him and his friends in his last live.

It truly is a tough time for him. I'm not sure if anyone else saw, but Jin's brother posted a pic and his comment was "On my way to see you" it looked like the military base. That was the day JK did his EatJK vlive...and JK was a bit happier on that day. Maybe Jin's brother took him to see Jin, because I'm very sure Jin would have seen that vlive the night before. His heart would have been broken much more than ours. The members did their best to cheer him up but they couldn't take him to Jin, and I'm sure Jin's family would have seen the vlive too. 😔 Hope time helps him deal with it all better and he can get back to doing the things he love ❤️

I've watched tons and tons of videos but honestly this is the only one that made me cry because I don't cry easily with videos, but that focussing on JK's sad eyes was more than I could take. The moment I saw his video I remember RM’s words JinKook can’t live w/o each other and this, this is hard to watch, I know he is depress I’ve seen patients with severe depression. Many ARMYs didn’t want to call it depression when it obviously is, his motivations, his eagerness to work , gone. He seems paralyzed to do anything with regard to his work, why, because of Jin. Work reminds him of their time together and it’s really hard for him to move on. I’m sure members tried to help and be there for him but they also know he only needs Jin right now. I think he is talking to a counselor who advised him to do this to come out and see if it would help. Also he is still worried about his yeobo in the military, we know Jin is ok h told us, physically maybe with all the stuff he needed to do and choosing works that would make him busy, but mentally I think they are both suffering why his brother suddenly visited him he needed someone to talk to from “his” world and he probably know what’s JK’s going through… JinKook fighting…❤🐹🐰❤️‍🔥

JK used to be busy buddy and after almost 10 yrs. Suddenly it stops due to obligations so he is on a process of adjustment. I remember when i stopped working and lost my job I feel lost and crying from time to time. Jīn was like his parent who took care of him. But he should take care of himself so that when Jīn comes back from military service Jīn wouldn't be worried about his baby's health and will be happy to see his little brother.
