That kettlebell weight shift is gold. I've been using it this week and seen no end of improvement to my Squat and Deadlift. I don't even do 5x5. Just 3 or 4 either side

I just did the Faber test and 5 x 5 stretch, both sides. It felt like any other stretch on one side, the other felt awkward, like ballet in steel toe boots and, did the test again and, it's way more even. And there's a weird ache from my back down my leg on one side. It feels like my back wants to get angry, but is too confused. IDK what happened or why, but I'm pretty sure I should say thanks!

Did a squat session focusing ONLY on bracing the core to the max (while squeezing glutes ) , feels the difference already. Let's see how it goes over the next few weeks!
