I make something similar. Mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic, black pepper, mayo & Italian cheese in a bowl . Then slice chicken breast in half & thin out with meat hammer thing. Put the mixture on top of each piece and when almost done add more shredded cheese on top.

That looks delicious Tiffany and I love using a lot of spices as well. My son showed me how to use the balsamic vinegar to marinate chicken he uses it with herbs when he used to make shish kabobs on the grill. It's his birthday tomorrow I'm going to get up and bake him some cupcakes he still want's Funfetti cupcakes like when he was younger. He's also a Cancer and he's a better cook then me Lol. I taught him young and it payed off. He cooks for me know.
