Can be done with fresh yolks as well? Egg yolk powder is a bit difficult to get here. Guess need to do a tempered custard for it? Looks amazing, can't wait to get on it... 👌

I'd love to try this recipe, but I'm in Europe. I don't know any way to get allulose here, at least without ridiculous USA shipping fee. Erithritol does not produce same results, it's not as creamy.
