Isn't the title misleading? He received NOI from Nova Scotia on 19th Jan 2021, so he must have only submitted his documents to receive the nomination, which can take months. And only after receiving nomination and getting additional points, he will get an ITA. He still has a long way ahead of him. And to keep it simple, this is a nomination story. Good luck to him!

My son has scored CLB 9 ( speaking 6.5, Listening 8 and 7 each in Reading and Writing.). He has a Master's Degree and 4 years work experience. He is a Mechanical Engineer and his NOC is 2132. He has a score of 411. Which province would be ideal for getting NOI.

We have been in EE for last 2 years on score of 422 but still nothing has come up... nor from any single province.... and he scoring 370 and getting ITA in one month is little difficult to digest. But its like kind of motivation for us now.

Since March 2020 Canada government and IRCC gathering money from all applicants by issuing ITA. The moment application get ITA they start online application with fees payment, but since March 2020 IRCC do not process OR update any status of PR application. It means all applicants after March 2020 are still under dark either they may get final approval OR may get rejection. In my opinion as of now Canada's financial condition is worse and so need money and so continue doing draw but not actually processing any application. Later in 2021 IRCC will start rejection and all applicants will loose their fees. Reasons for rejection of maximum application were so many. Canada don't have any protection plan for their own citizens. Canada's economy now in downstream. Canada don't have anything of it's own to proud of and have nothing like manufacturing infrastructure to get back to smooth economy. Canada's main economy depends on fees of all immigrants and nothing else. All above are 1000% reality. If no one wants to trust once come to Canada all realize it. Good luck

Impossible, after getting 8777 your crs will be between 420-440, even though you have done bachelors.

Bachelor with 4Y of exp is must , masters with 1Y exp is must , your husband is having 9y that’s good, you both are eligible , try scoring 8777 in all bands and yes you people can happily apply for PR

Very good profile w.r.t the age & experience , master's degree just helps you score a few more points ,( it's not the eligibility criteria )but the age bracket that you guys are in will make up for those points as you will score good for your age. Prepare for IELTS and aim for CLB level 8 / 9 and I am sure you guys will make it! All the best

Is it compulsory for the following points to be necessary to get an ITA: The immigrant has to be married The immigrant has to have a masters degree ( Bachelor’s with more than 10 years work experience will not help?) What if the candidate is single working and aged 37 years? Can the candidate apply for PNP program? IF Golden IELTS score is achieved, are there any chances?
