1 cup of powdered sweetener
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
⅓ cup of sour cream
1 ½ cup of heavy cream
Crust:
1 cup of almond flour
½ cup of pecans
1/2 cup sweetener
5 tablespoons room temperature butter

My husband kept asking me "are you sure its sugar free...are you sure i can eat this.. its too good"...he's diabetic and he was so blown away...i am on a low carb diet and THIS DESSERT IS A LIFE SAVER for anyone who is trying to cut carbs but has a sweettooth... thank you so much...by the way. I'm just informing you but most of the stuff I've seen her make and I've seen a few is not keto. Watch your carbs with this women, do your research on these ingredients because she literally slaps keto on everything when they are not. Unless you take one bite but you know that's not what she's trying to sell. She made a nice pizza though that ima make, which was actually keto. Goodluck but please people do your research on these ingredients and realize if you want to be in ketosis most of her foods will not get you there. I feel as if she doesn't know what keto is or is just flat out lying for more attention but it is what it is. If you don't want keto and just want to follow a low carb diet, yeah, she's your chef but most of here foods will NOT put you in ketosis.

@@greglovelace246 what did she use that wasn't keto in your opinion? Cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetener, soured cream, butter, almonds, walnuts and the berries are all low carb and keto friendly. You'd just have to not eat too much of the cheesecake.

Hi Mayra, I make this cheesecake all the time and it's amazing! The only difference is when you add the sweetner into the cream cheese I replace the sweetner with one pack of sugar free jello. I've used strawberry, raspberry, lime flavored jello. Can I say it adds so much of the fruit flavor in the filling. I'm aware that the sugarfree they use in the jello is not the best but for the amount of times I eat cheesecake to me it's not a huge deal.

What brand sugar free jello do you use? All the ones at my local store seem to have maltodextrin and I was trying to avoid if possible.

I made this yesterday. I ground up my granulated monk fruit sweetener and used pecans instead of walnuts in the crust. My topping was thawed mixed berries. Wow! The best thing I’ve ever made! Just had another piece and wanted to share my delight. I’d post a picture but I don’t know how.

OMG, guys! I made this recipe, and it's so yummy! It's light and fluffy, yet rich! The only change I made to the recipe is: I added two tablespoons of lemon juice instead of the two teaspoons the recipe calls for because I sometimes like my desserts tart! Mayra, you're the best! Oh my!!! I just halved this recipe, and pre-baked the pie crust for 15 minutes in a 9" glass pie plate. Then I mashed strawberries and topped the pie with them. I'm in love. Thank you Myra!

Just made the filling, Used vanilla bean paste ( more expensive but better flavour) and added a pinch of salt. About to fold in whipped cream..,THANK YOU! Note I used Swerve powdered sweetener. I cannot tell the difference between this and the no bake I do using condensed milk. My ENTIRE family raved about this, again thank you! 🇨🇦

I just made it for myself for Christmas tomorrow . Looks so good it’s real thick went to the top of my spring form pan . I can’t wait to try it . I followed your super easy recipe and it turned out fabulous! I used some crushed homemade peanut butter cookies and chopped walnuts for my crust. Thank you for suggesting the chopped walnuts. They really made it good. I also only made half the amount and I did it in a pie pan because there’s only two of us. 🙏
