@@pathfindersavant3988that line is actually a stab at the band Steely Dan, after Donald Fagan wrote a song about a couple arguing and had the man say “Turn up the Eagles the neighbours are listening,” because he didn’t like the Eagles. I’ll be honest though I’m not sure exactly how either of these things is supposed to be all that insulting. Also Don Henley actually played on a Steely Dan record so they couldn’t have hated each other all that much. In fact he actually nearly played on two, but Fagan and Becker replaced him on the first because he couldn’t play the part the way they wanted.
