Being able to grab a specific number of keychains sounds like the superpower you get if God hates you. But honestly I kinda understand the appeal of the warehouse - if only because being stuck inside an office sounds like my idea of Hell.

As someone who worked the night shift in a warehouse i completely understand, i used to stock bathroom stuff( toilets fridges etc) and stacking them all neatly, by brand and size in the top racking was so satisfying. Something about seeing the mass of freight turned into efficient organized racking was beautiful

@@WhitetailM42 yeah it was nice, we would unload trucks as a group then just go off to our areas alone. No boss to bother you just get your stuff done before end of shift and hes happy. If the pay was better i 100% would still be doing that job

I remember busting my ass working in a warehouse for a few months from 7-2? It SUCKED, the work was tedious, the containers were hot as hell, the bathroom was like a 10 minute walk. Ugh, just looking as shipping pallets gives me PTSD. So for this guy to enjoy being in a warehouse shows hes truly fit to be the boss of sad girl inc. Sasuga fishman.

As long as Sakana maintains this close a connection to the talent and on the ground operations phase will do well. The fact that it sounds like he also does side roles like pick Talent up from the airport is both wholesome and a little jank in the way many startup companies are. I hope this doesn't change too much as phase grows.

He owns and operates a coffee shop and warehouse somewhere in Vancouver. He had this before he started phase connect. The warehouse is import export but also has a section of it just full of phase merchandise. Sakana used to be a tech bro and made good money. So he sold his share bought a warehouse and coffee shop to keep busy. so alot of starting phase connect was cause he bored and was a fan of vtubers. trying to make his own hololive Marine in phase connect. He tried to invest and get ownership stakes in hololive, anycolor but they said no so he said fine he'll make his own vtuber company. Dizzy was the one who help him set up phase connect and hire the 1st gen as an outside consultant. So sakana sees this as fun. That why he honestly really chill and not pressuring of the girls. Only in 2023 did Phase Connect finally turn a profit. But out of all vtuber companies it has the fastest growth year to year. Like 75% to everyone like hololive at 21%
