@@neelamr30 suffering from extremely pain buddy, it is my second time 6 year ago same thing happen and took ayurvedic medicine plus physiotherapy and cured means no pain but from the last 3 month it started again, I have done mistake that didn't do any exercise only sitting/lying on bed study/computer work so on....That's why again....I am taking one nerve medicine but today my MRI came my it shows mild problem in all disc shape change but l4-l5-s1 is hurting more, all dia is less then 6-7 mm l4-l5 5mm, l5-s1 3.6mm......So tomorrow I will go to doctor and will again start ayurvedic medicine and see why he suggest this time ......

Sir meri umar 24 sal hee aur muje L4 L5,,L5S1 disk bulb hee muje 10..se.15 minit tk khada rah sakata hu fir dard hota hee to beth jata hu...aur jyada chal bhi ny pata hu....muje koi sahi ray dijiye...sir...plz......surgery kara sakta hu....
