Lowering her cholesterol naturally is how Joni was successful, and it only took three months. Zonya interviewed Joni who had been struggling with high cholesterol for 3 years. She had tried many different diets, but nothing seemed to work. While searching KZfaq for natural ways to lower cholesterol. Joni came across Zonya's channel. She discovered that certain foods, such as oatmeal, nuts, and fish, could help to lower her levels.
As she implemented these changes into her lifestyle, Joni began to notice a difference. Her cholesterol levels began to decrease, and she started feeling more energetic and healthier overall.
Her doctor was impressed with her progress and encouraged her to keep up the good work. Joni continued to make healthy choices and dropped her cholesterol 53 points in 3 months. Joni reached out to Zonya and wanted to share her success and encourage others to prioritize their health by making similar lifestyle changes.

I give you so much credit for not going on it being a nurse. My dr tried so hard to convince me. I said nope nope and nope. So I have 6 months to prove to him that I can do it. A couple of years ago I went vegan with no cholesterol for 3 months. I gained weight and my cholesterol went up 5 points. You are right Zonya, there is more to it then just lowering how much cholesterol you eat.

I am new here, and I, too, was threatened by the doctor to be put on cholesterol medication, and I don't want it. I said to myself if I could turn this around with food instead of meds. I can do this❤

I dropped my cholesterol LDL from 104 to 65 in 6 weeks taking 10 mg statin I followed your diet apples everyday your delicious bean salad salmon twice a week and stopped cheese and cut fats .

I just got my results for lab work and my cholesterol is VERY HIGH! This video is such an inspiration for me. I, too refused to take medication to lower my cholesterol. Amazing that this video came up when I am fighting the doc about statins. My legs cramp so bad that when it hits in the middle of the night I jump up crying. I've been binge watching you videos the last couple of days. Confession? I fear fruit... But the lady on different video who went to the gift shop and bought candy brought the reality home to me. I'm 66 and have so many medical issues my son says I'm a train wreck. I'd like to argue with him but you can't argue with the truth. I started eating with the info of your plan until I get the 28 day plan. I did get the one week plan through your website though. My granddaughter loves the Chocolate bliss she is a gymnast and is 2nd in the State. I need to be well enough to go to state and watch her compete. Right now I'm looking at a triple blockage, left side return whatever that means. I have to have an angiogram and whatever comes after that. Tired of the diets I have tried over the last 50 yrs. Even having a RNY gastric bypass. I did take a picture of me for a before reference. Wish me luck ...

@@Zonyafoco well I have oven baked veggies done, Easy Salad goodies all chopped up, and made the Salmon Burgers. I was out of Almond flour so I used combination of Hazelnut Flour and flaxseed meal. Let the Journey Begin... Thank you for your support.

It costs me A LOT MORE than EVER to eat ORGANIC & healthy. But I have to. I am a cancer survivor and I had to make some changes. But it’s crazy how the healthier my diet got …. the higher my numbers went up. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had an ultra low resection so I have to be VERY cautious of certain foods so I can avoid a bowel obstruction. Seeds & nuts & peels & beans are tricky for me. I deal with LARS (LOW ANTERIOR RESECTION SYNDROME.) So, while I WANT to eat to lower cholesterol (I have NOT EVER had high #’s till now) & I am a professional athlete & stunt woman so it makes NO sense to me that i now have high cholesterol 🤷🏻‍♀️ But I’d love to be able to eat these foods.

I was put on statins found out big no no all the crap u end up with more issues so I come off statins slowly went to kiwi fruit 4 a day plus celery, 8 oranges, Coq10 supplements, garlic, magnesium sulphate, potassium, turmeric, this I did for 6 months I fell no achy joints, no other issues and I went from 182 down to 132 and blood pressure from 187/110/80 to 132/80/70 docs were amazed

I am still not able to lower my cholesterol i got another blood test and it now 308 total cholesterol abd triglycerides are 177 i really need to change drinking more water and cut out bread abd eat more vegetables and fruits

When my doctor contacted me to say my cholesterol was 6.9 and far too high I couldn't believe it. I told her that I don't eat meat, and rarely eat processed food, other than tinned Tuna and Tomotos. never eat fried food and rarely eat chips. The doctor said what about sugar? I replied, what has that got to do with it. LOL, I drink around 10-12 cups of tea a day and I add one and a half sugars in a cuppa. She said, so how much sugar do you think that is over a month? DOH! How long did it take this lady to lower her cholesterol?

I’m in the UK. My low cholesterol in March was 6.5. Then 3 months later a second blood test my LDL was 6.6. How do these numbers compute with the 3 figure numbers I have seen on screen. Can anyone help please?

Same here in Canada. Cholesterol is measured in mmol/L and they are measured is mm/dL. You can search for Univ of Sydney conversion unit and you can get your results in 3 digits.

My ldl was 241 August 3 2023 i am not happy with this so i have started to eat black beans and having a apple smoothie in the blender with garlic and spices cayenne pepper , turmeric virgin olive oil with water to mix with lemon well see how my numbers change in a month or 2 😅

It’s been a while now, but I asked my doctor to check to see if there were any meds that I could come off of because I was taking 23 prescriptions. Sweet doctor went through all of my meds and he told me, “uh, no! You’ll probably have to take these for the rest of your life.” I said okay. I decided to see my PA to see if she thought it could get off of any of my meds. She’s like, well you can try, but you must be really careful. Long story Short, in just a few months, the insurance guy said he’d never seen a person who got “weller” during the year. How ya mean? I said. Well, you are taking 16 less medications! 😮😂 Wow! You mean 16!!! And I’m still taking some prescriptions? 🎊 🎉

Update: Well the doctor convinced me that it was “too dangerous” to try to get off of any more medications. So I found out I had cancer again and couldn’t have surgery because of “Covid” and I had to stop losing weight. I laughed at them and went for a yearly checkup the next year. When the doctor came in to tell me he couldn’t find any cancer. So, then I got stage 2 CKD. I guess it took about 9 months to get an “all clear”. The PA said, HOW’D YOU DO THAT? Me: 😂😂😂 That’s not all: my doctor wanted my cholesterol down, I had insulin resistance, and I was concerned about my memory, etc. Result : 🙉🙈🙊🐒. After my bloodwork, my labs were all normal!!! What can I say except, Thank You, Jesus! 🙏🙏🙏💐💐🙏🙏🙏
