Same old foods - salmon, beans, apples.. i add cruciferous greens including kale, broccoli, all vegetables, sauerkraut, lemon, green tea, puErh tea, garlic, onion, kitchen spices, seaweeds, these tone metabolism and help balance blood sugar. The liver makes cholesterol which we need for our brain,memory, thinking … so eat foods that protect the liver and blood sugar balance to avoid diabetes, heart trouble, kidney disease

apples! love them....with peanut butter! I love yogurt with berries, walnuts and a drizzle of maple syrup, apples would be a nice addition! with cinnamon!

hummus makes a great veggie dip or a veggie wrap spread and its made form garbanzos....but it often has bad oils if you buy the ready made from the store....super easy to make and use olive oil....my fav!

Dont really like salmon i eat fish some times but i like beans and apples nuts fruit and veggatables and i do walk to and i just made your 3 beans salad i used dryed basil because my store was out of the fresh basil but it taate so good thank you for sharing this with me ❤

I made the apple salad, and it is delicious! My problem is that I don't eat the 1gr of protein per kg of body weight and it is very hard to do it since I don't really like meat or poultry, the bean recipes help a lot. Thank you!
