Lower Hose Replacement on a Shark Duo Clean

In this video, Josh replaces the lower hose on a Shark Duo Clean Model UV810. This repair isn't for the faint of heart and we recommend letting your glue dry overnight before continuing with placing the hose back into the machine. Just got the hose of flea bay for 8 quid.. It's an 801 UK version, same deal though. This video helped me taking it apart, so shine a doddle putting it back together in a day or two.. Cheers mate.🤟

out of curiosity what percentage of your vac repairs are Shark related? I see stores flooded with Sharks - only bought one years ago and returned ir the same day (bac pickup/loud/etc.). I use dirt devil pet swerve for quickies but get the Miele C3 and Sebo E3 out for serious cleaning.

Around 30% of paid repairs are sharks. A lot of stores wont touch them due to parts availability issues and repair complexity.

I bought the hose linked in the description and it's not black and doesnt fit at all

I have processed a replacement order for the correct hoses and additional glue (in case you already opened the other one) which will ship to you today. I apologize for the inconvenience!

I ordered the hose on in the link and it's too small - glue listed won't hold it in. I'm a bit disappointed

So the hose the link takes us to is the correct hose? It doesn't state that model in the description.

We just checked and the link is currently correct. We are working on updating model compatibility lists but since Sharl releases new models on average once every 15 days it is nearly impossible to keep up.

@@vacuumsrus That was my concern, i have the same exact model on your video UV810 - but the hose description doesn't list it. Ordered it via your link last night.
