I live in one of the newer condos built by the Pinnacle Hotel. The area is vibrant but very noisy. There are so many grocery giants and all kinds of renowned restaurants nearby. Weekends are filled with local and foreign visitors. The gym, jacuzzi and swimming pool are extremely well kept by the friendly staffs at the Pinnacle Hotel. After workouts, owners and their visitors often sit and relax outside the spacious balcony at the gym that has an amazing unobstructed oceanview overlooking downtown Vancouver across the sea. Overall, my experience has been positive.

It sure would be nice to know how much $ was expected to be there and the monthly fees along with what other amenities are available ie: pool, gym, sauna, party 🎉room, gathering spaces, barbecue, is the 🔥fireplace functional.

Sorry, offered at $1,429,900 and strata fee is $655.00. On-site amenities consist of concierge, meeting room & common grassed patio. As an owner in this building however you do have the option for an additional $50.00/month to have access to the pinnacle hotel amenities across the street, which are pool & hot tub, sauna and gym open 6am-11pm 7 days a week. And yes the fireplace is electric with a fan/heater built in that pushes heat.

Not Affordable for the average person who wants to fulfill his or her dream. We need LESS of these and more of affordable townhouses and apartments.

The government has just earmarked 5 billion to spend on housing in BC. Lobby the govt to limit on how much of it can be touched by developers to create more of these overpriced housing.
