One year we did a lot of work on our old Victorian house. We got a bunch of rebate dollars back. We gave everyone a huge Christmas using the rebates. I now live where there's no Menards bummer!

Get a Small Mini Split for the Garage HVAC . Super efficient and cheaper than you'd think .

Yeah they used to be a customer. It sucks they went out of business. Sandy was a really good guy. A little cheap, but he was cheap in a comical kind of way and he would spend what it took to get his network running again.

Prices up here have increased huge as well . My local Home Depot is empty compared to 3 years back as nobody is willing to pay the prices. Lowes folded up here last year and sold off all their stores except a few out west. The prices you pay for everything is about 30-40% less than up here so imagine paying $7-8 dollars a gallon for gas :)

I do use amazon quite a bit these days, but the shipping on 10 foot 3/4 PVC pipes is probably expensive.

If you want to keep pests away,plant marigolds on the outside of the gardens.Pests hate them.Menards,how they do their rebates sucks mailing something in you fill out with the reciept.Lowes and Home Depot,my dad gets the veteran's discount at.The concrete,find a place that will take it

My wife killed all the seedlings I started for my garden when I went out of town jo I had to go to a nursery to buy some plants. I refused to pay $4 a plant at Home Depot. The nursery I went to closes for the month of June so they discount their plants. Veggie plants were buy 1 get 2 free for $.99.
