I just bought a t8 and it’s a super fun bike. Riding it all around Az. It’s tubeless ready so making it tubeless really woke it up and it was easy.

I have unfortunately been a victim of the cracked frame issues with my D6. Bike was less than a year old, I am not an advanced rider so no tough stuff nor jumps, the framed cracked at the normal place on the top tube where the gusset is welded to the seat tube. I put in for a warranty claim in March 2023 and got my new frame this week. All of my components need to be switched to the new frame though. They actually sent me a D7 frame for replacement with the new gusset design. I am picking my bike up from the LBS tomorrow. Have been riding a Roscoe 8 while waiting on new frame and have had a blast on that bike. Looking forward to the D7 full squish though. I must say that Polygon does work with you very well on warranty replacements and I didn't have any issues on this claim.

Polygon makes great bikes for people wanting to push the limits of their riding and not the limits of their credit cards. Everything on that bike is ready ride and ride for a while. I rode a T8 and damn was Impressed. A very fun bike to ride! The only thing I must say they made small. I ride medium bikes and I had to size up on the large. I actually fit pretty well on x-large! The shop I used work for had them (Mountain Equipement Company) and we could demo them. Great bikes for the money. Incredible value!!!

Love the T7. Got mine a couple months ago. Same grey and black love this color over the flashy green one. It’s a steal at $1,599. The weight is something to get used to. But I’ve found that I actually enjoy the heavier weight compared to my sub 30lb hard tails on the decents. Really picks up some speed.

Had mine just over a year in the same black and grey. My seat, grips, and pedals were the must change parts. I also cut my bars down, but I'm fairly short and having my hands so much wider than my shoulders was causing wrist pain. When I swapped my pedals I noticed one of the stock ones was a little bent. Tire wise.....GRIPPY. They aren't the fastest rolling but by no means are they slow. On that, I also run a slightly higher pressure all around. Tires, fork, and rear. Best part about the color is that it's an open pallet for how ever you want to accent it. Mine has orange basically anywhere I could add it.

I have had a t8 for about a week now. Pretty decent bike for the money. The tires and rims are the only negative. They weigh a ton. I put maxxis dhf and aggressors on it with a set of stans flow s2 rims. Much lighter combo and more hub engagement.

Those hans dampf tyres are really good Matty, however like you said you probably didnt have your pressure dialed in to make the most use out of them. On my D7 I run hans dampf rear at 26psi with a magic mary front at 21psi. For UK riding this is perfect for me, I know hans dampf is a front and rear tyre but it seems more suited as a rear tyre and pairing it up with something grippier at the front, perhaps try swapping out the front tyre next time :)

Looks like you're ripping downhill and over some tech at a pretty good clip on the bike. I'm possibly going to go for the T8 or T9 when available in 27.5. It's a simple suspension system no Horst link, no DW or multi link system but that's probably helps keep the price down and the single pivot seems to get it done? The reviews say the bike is pretty biased to downhill and a bit dogfish uphill sucking up pedaling energy vs converting it to forward motion. Weight reduction might help some but it is not a sprightly climber.

That's all the bike the average rider needs, we get too hung up on specs and data sometimes. Do yourself a favor, if the wheels are set up for tubeless, just set the pressure someplace around 20-25 pounds and forget about it. Different wheel sizes and diameters and makeups might like 22 better than 20, some might even like 25. Trial and error will give you a rough number. An extremely high level rider going full send down the side of the Grand Canyon can tell the difference between 19 and 19.5 pounds, but for the rest of us, we can overthink it.

If it were me knowing what I know now about bikes, I would go with the Roscoe 7. Hardtails are more versatile and makes you a better rider overall. After about 3 years the last Keurig stopped working kzfaq.infoUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf initially was able to unblock, however eventually we couldn't fix. That one was a replacement unit sent by the manufacturer after we had problems with our very first Keurig. This works fine (lol, at least for now) however I didn't realize the water reservoir was so much smaller than our prior unit. With 2 people having one or two cups of coffee each morning, it seems like I'm refilling it daily. Otherwise just happy to have the convenience of pod coffee vs. making a morning pot.
