Actually the seed I spawned in last week spawned me on a huge cave system which has many other caves with a lot of gold and iron. I even got 37 diamonds from it. When I made a nether portal right next to my spawn it opened up in a nether fortress. And after travelling a bit east I saw 2 nether fortresses opposite to each other . There was also a crimson forest next to it. But I am a noob in survival so I will probably never try a speed run.

"Minecraft is an open source game" - actually, not really. Its true you can get the source code for Minecraft through a process called de-obfuscation, but thats effectively reverse engineering. Open source means something very different.
@thecodewarrior7925
@thecodewarrior7925 3 жыл бұрын
I was about to say this. Minecraft isn’t open source, it’s just possible to crack it apart to get something approximating the original source code. The names are all mangled to just be “a”, “b”, ..., “aa”, “ab”, etc. though, so people have spent time analyzing the code to figure out what the code does to translate the names into something meaningful. So it’s very far from open source.

Yes. There are some games and software the are termed "source available", but Minecraft isn't released as such. It's just that it's pretty simple to decompile java bytecode. Space Engineer is an example of source available.
@D0Samp
@D0Samp 3 жыл бұрын
@@thecodewarrior7925 Microsoft has been distributing deobfuscation tables that translate names to their original ones for years now, which makes it as good as source available (minus comments) when combined with the standard debugging level of Java class files, at least for modders and people digging into the code. Not open source of course.

Excellent video! Just wanted to let you guys know, that it's not correct that Minecraft is Open-Source as is being claimed at 12:45 Some of the libraries that Minecraft uses, was made open source under the MIT license (Meaning you can basically do whatever you want with it), but Minecraft's source code itself is NOT open source. There is multiple projects out there that decompile Minecraft though, so that might be where the confusion comes from :)
@AntVenom
@AntVenom 3 жыл бұрын
You know what's funny is that might be the only line in the script that I ad-libed. Whoops! And yeah, the fact that Minecraft can be decompiled is why I've always classically referred to it as open source, but it's a term I probably shouldn't inter-change with something like "deconstructible" or something.

@iantaakalla8180
@iantaakalla8180 3 жыл бұрын
Maybe it’s because they didn’t want to try a strat like that because at first they were afraid of getting close to the dragon’s perching place and then the bed on the side were safer. Now that things have settled, one-cycling can be discovered.
@gab_gabriel7091
@gab_gabriel7091 3 жыл бұрын
Nah I think its because they mentioned that after the dragon gets 1/3 (or smth) of damage, he flies away so maybe they thought that when they hit him with a single bed it would immediately fly away

@@duykhangtran4406 Too bad Dream's been outed as a cheater. I actually used to be a fan before it was revealed that he fucked with loot drops and underplayed his army of toxic stans and attacked Jawsh for speaking his mind on stans. Like, Jawsh was written into a fanfic where he and his friends killed each other among other things, and all Dream has to worry about is his stans sexualizing his friends and attacking people who even breath incorrectly around him. And that's not something to call out? Fuck Dream.
