I'm the same age as Lowkey, moved to the UK 2002 and I was definitely locked in to DJ 279's show back in the day, vividly remember when rappers used to phone up and spit and I also remember hearing Lowkey's name from my friends from Hertfordshire around 2003-4 times, happy to see how far he's come!

I have delved into every seed planted in every song since I discovered his music in 2010. His journalism is as good as his music too.

I can definitely relate to those deep feelings you shared at the end! There's something so jarring about dedicating yourself to a mission of peace and love, and then when it's MOST needed and you take a stand, having that be the lever used by PEOPLE YOU LOVE to say you're hateful...
