There is no pill, therapy or cure for Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Their issue is biological. A certain part of their brain is impaired, and it can't be fixed (the part that is responsible for empathy, guilt, sympathy, love, etc). They are not even biologically capable love. A narcissist can't be anything else than what they are, even if they themselves wanted to change, they can't...its not biologically possible.
