To clarify the 100% business builder, is it $500/transaction (up to $5000) plus $195/transaction? And the $500/annually for e&o etc. thanks!!

Great question! Here’s the easiest way to explain it in real numbers: Your first transaction of the year, following your anniversary date, your total amount paid will be $1195. ($500 annual fee, $500 flat fee, $195 transaction fee) Deals 2-10 will be $695 ($500 flat fee + $195 transaction fee) Deals 11 and beyond will be $195 (just transaction fee). That is every single fee that we have. No start up fee, no monthly fee, no CRM fee, no separate E&O fee, no broker review fee, etc. Hope this helps!
