@@davidnymann6938 The people playing League in NA are the cheeto fingers mountain dew drinking gamers. Not sportsmen. Pro gaming is like streaming to em, there's not as much drive there. Meanwhile, it's a lot more common in Europe for pro players to have sports backgrounds in some way, and in the East esports orgs are held to the same standards of excellence that they require from most things. NA's lack of talent is purely NA LoL scene's fault for cultivating such a poor practice and competition culture.
