The LSAT trainer has been an invaluable resource in my prep. When I took my first practice test blind I got a 150, now I'm consistently in the high 160s. Hoping to consistently crack 170 in the next few weeks. Once you get the fundamentals you just need to practice. The LSAT Trainer is great for the fundamentals

I took my first diagnostic today and was completely lost during the logic games section. I felt like pretty helpless, and discouraged. This video was excellent and shows that with careful planning and execution the games can be handled fairly quickly. Thank you so much for this video I loved how you formatted your explanations, and it definitely gave me some much needed hope that I can get better at thinking in this kind of way.

The first time I took the LSAT I did really well on everything except the logic games. For some reason this video made everything click! I retake tomorrow and I'm honestly trying to remember what the heck was hard about these. The video flipped a switch or something and I've gone like 30 for 30 on practice Logic Questions when before I was lucky to get 2 in a row correct. Thank you for the simple yet clear explanation on this!!!

I was ready to jump of the Empire State Building (figuratively speaking) before seen your videos! I only have a few days left to study and your videos have helped me a lot. I work and go to school full-time; therefore, I don't have much time to study. On top of that, I couldn't even afford the LSAT Pre-Kit until about two months ago. Your videos make me feel so much more confident and have helped to study more efficiently in the little time I have. Hopefully, I will comment again in one of your videos with the good news of a great score! On behalf of every poor student with a dream, thank you very much for all your help!

I can't tell you what a relief it is to hear the breakdown of how many games involve sequencing and how many involve grouping. It often seems like the possibilities are endless, but it's comforting to know that I only need to master 7 types.

I’m crying rn 😭😭 I graduated from college 2 years ago. My plan was to study for the LSAT right after college and go to law school but I haven’t been studying for it and I keep delaying it telling myself that I’m young and still have time to study for it when in reality I’ve just been afraid to fail but after watching this video, I looked up some practice logic games on Google and I was able to solve most of the questions I had. This is coming from someone that would’ve had absolutely zero idea how to solve one of these games before watching your video but look at me now 😭😭 Sir, you have no idea how much you’ve inspired/motivated me to get back on track and finish what I started. I’m currently ordering your prep book and other courses to help me even more with my studies. I know this video is almost 10 years old but if you happen to see this comment, I just want to say that you’ve made me believe that I can do this if I just put in the work for it and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for that.

I've never looked at an LSAT question before. So I paused this video to do the question and decided if I get it right I'd commit to start my LSAT study with the goal of going to law school and if I didn't I'd give it up. I got it right and my notes and logic we're identical! I feel pleased and I'm going to pursue studying.

I just finished a BA in Criminal Justice. NOTHING in my undergraduate education prepared me for any of the logic games or questions that the LSAT is comprised of. It is so utterly disheartening. I am scheduled to take my LSAT a month and a half from now. Until I started taking practice portions of the exam I had never even seen a problem like these. I appreciate the time you took to explain these and give some examples of diagrams. I started studying these problems about a week ago and took my first full practice LSAT two days ago and scored a 144. Obviously, the analytical reasoning portion was my worst performance. I will certainly be studying more of your material as I just subscribed to your channel. Thanx

I'm so excited! After scoring low for June and July 2020 LSAT (with an 18 point increase btwn exams) I have come up with new studying strategies to raise my score for the November LSAT, I came across your series of videos and bought the book. In just doing the practices tonight, I have gotten all of the Logic Games correct with my own diagramming. I believe that I can raise my score another 18 points by November. There IS hope! Thank you!

1:26 game design (assignment, ordering, grouping) 1:42 _Assigning_ elements to _positions_ (a _number of people_ doing _something ) 2:07 ordering 2:50 grouping (different _groups_ of people arriving in _different_ cars for example): rep different elements VERTICALLY by stacking, or other notations if need be 3:20 TWO categories of complications (one pair each of design & rules complications) 3:31 subsets (only in some games): characteristics that further define the positions, elements, or both. Can notate the subsets using lower case letters 3:58 numbers issues: number of positions uncertain. For example having two cars (positions) that seat 4 each, but 6 friends (elements) total, not sure how they're split up. Use the rules to notate the seats taken with different symbols 4:26 conditional (if … is true, then … is true. Use symbols to notate) or complex rules (multiple components, keywords "and", "or") 5:08 sample game: K before L or M, but not both. This one rule dictates 3 of the 6 assignments. Complex rule is the most important for it decides where something can & can't go 5:34 summary: assignment (all games), ordering (2/3), grouping (about half), subsets, numbers issues, conditional & complex rules 6:21 sample game 2 (ordering & grouping)
