Luba 2 AWD 5000 Problem.

Luba 2 will not mow. Ignore my comment regarding the red lights. They are supposed to be solid while the unit is working. I uploaded the work around, but I'm still waiting for an update to solve the problem.

When I had Luba 1, the red lights always came on when mowing... They flash when charging... Glad to hear that its working for you...

I found the instructions online finally. The big lights in the back light red when it is mowing. So they’re supposed to be red.

Scotty, I had the same problem with my Luba 1. The solution is ALWAYS start the mower from the charging station.

Hello, did your problem is solve now? I have the same with my new luba 2, it go to the area stop and wait several minutes and say "cutting disk block", but if i mow manually it work so they are no hardware problem.

Sounds like an old version of software. Look for an update for the mower. If there isn't one, you can try the work around. The work around is to start cutting with the mower deck as high as it'll go, then after it starts mowing, lower it to where you want it to cut.

@@scottysize it is on the last firmware and the mower deck didn t moove so I couldn't try your workaround. Thanks for your answer

mine was doing the same once i got that new firmware... spent two days with tech support..no answer why. i added it to my wifi extender Account and it works now ..

Just hard restart everything... like a reboot... unplug everything, wait 1 minute. plug all back in. restart from station... will fix all...There is great love here for you...

Thanks. Tried all of that at the time, and still didn't fix my problem. I have found 2 solutions. 1. Start the mowing height at 70cm, wait for it to start mowing, then lower to desired height 2. Start the mowing while the unit is on the base station plugged in. Both of these allow my unit to mow

A new firmware and new app has just been pushed. Does the new app and firmware solve your problem?

I haven't been able to login to the mower this week. I'll test it tomorrow.

Yes, software is not a strong point. Depending on the shape is chooses start point, and maybe this start point is too close to the charger and it may cause some errors. Try to change path configuration, it looks like it tries to cut only the boundary. And you probably have to wait for updates. I am using Luba 1 I was annoyed because of the software, but once everything was set up, it worked great. My charger is out of the zones and I have paths from the zones to the charger

New firmware .. pull the plug in machine restart. Then add a channel from you charger to the zone had the same issues

Ha ha. Not only would I not sell it. I was looking for a cheaper version 1 to cut my back yard for me. How ever, I broke down and put a garage door opener in my back garage so I can get the Luba out to mow the back 40.
