4:00 Shorten the back muscles diagonally to lengthen the front and spine, the spine moved forward, so the freedom of rotation and sway is there, the weight is not raised up by just stretching up.

19:00, Posture is to use the correct muscles to create a perfect straight and vertical body. Poise is to change the angle of weight to the floor to fit in the construction of the couple, and the step or the direction the individual is going to move(forward, backward, sideway...).
