This sound helps me a lot, i remember when i am pregnant and had trouble in sleeping cause of anxiety and stress. The rain sounds calm my emotions. I almost named my daughter "rain" because it symbolizes the calm and peace that i feel whenever it rains or hear the sound of rain.

I am currently playing this music to assist a little young person go to sleep. This young person has been through so much trauma as a child and night time is a trigger. This is a great video. The sounds are relaxing and it feels and sounds so real if that makes sense. I fall asleep. I suffer from anxiety attacks and at night I start to panic to think I cant sleep. Then I can't breathe then I can't sleep. I put this sound on then my brain starts to calm down my breathing slows and I just go to a better place. Bless you for making these videos.

T'as complètement raison, même chose pour moi😢 je vis dans un appartement et c'est difficile d'entendre la pluie. Qd j'étais petite je vivais dans le village avec ma famille et nous avions une cabane à côté de la maison on allumait le feux et on profitait du bruit de la pluie sur le toit, je me rpl encore de ça et aujourd'hui j'essaie de dormir chq jrs avec ça, ca me détend et ca me rpl les bons moments 😊

This makes me feel so calm. I needed this. Been feeling so sad, and my anxiety is killing me. Also, feeling so alone, everyone that I love is leaving me behind. I feel lost, maybe a little depressed. It's hard to hide from my parents how I really feel with so much going on at the moment. It's hard to live the day. And just by listening to this, something tells me that everything is gonna be ok. So I still have hope . Take care of yourself. You are loved. And I appreciate you. Be safe . Be happy and I wish to you all a good life. Never forget your worth and remember. Hard times have an end. Keep fighting. I will too. We will be happy and have a beautiful family one day with a really good job and really good friends. 🧡

Reminds me of spending the night at my grandma's house that was built in the 60s. The rain hitting the tin roof was so relaxing. Being from Louisiana, I can sleep through a hurricane, literally. Done it through every hurricane that has hit my state.

This would be my dream come true. Absolute bliss and serene solitude away from the people and the absolutely overwhelming stimulation I experience when I’m around people and noises. I just want peace, alone with my thoughts and emotions, being able to capture the mesmerizing beauty of nature. Peace with nature and its inhabitants, rain and thunder every few days would be a plus lol.

This really comes through for my daughter. I'm a first-time mom and sometimes I don't know how to put my daughter to bed. It seems like I just found the remedy. I was looking for white noises for babies but this just popped up and I decided to let it play and my little angel is sleeping. Finally, I can sleep. Thank you so much.

So many people run back home when storms like this are forecasted. But I have a feeling more and more people will be joining the rest of us, in search of the peaceful sleep that a nights like this bring. I was told that sleeping in a tent when it's raining, is similar to the first sounds we hear as a child in our mother's womb.

My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. He found this video all on his own and it’s his favorite video to sleep. Every night I asked him to put on sleep sounds and he puts on this video. Thank you for this.
