I lived in a relationship like this for 30+years, we were on again, off again. He died 3 years ago and I know I will go to my grave still loving him. I am in my 70"s.

@@deborahmckinney3414 Your wounds are so fresh right now. I know everyone says it and we don't believe it, but time does help to a degree. It will 4 years in May since he died and I'm finding it easier to remember the good times and harder to recall the awful, unimagineable times. If I live long enough he will probably end up being a saint in my mind...LOL. Death as in life, it's the strangest things...I ran across a picture of him when he was probably at the happiest time of his life, it was on his birthday that I uncovered it in a box. Being the hopeless romantic I am, I felt like he was perhaps reaching out to me. Our minds can play games with us, can't it?

I love how she just sang around him as if he was a canvas and she was drawing a painting, she was gentle yet effective. It's like he was breakable and she was holding him and gentle as she could. It was such a beautiful performance ❤️❤️

It went crazy in there. I never heard a crowd so loud for a small opera performance. The cameras were flashing everywhere. This was better than any sporting event this century. I cried out loud after I heard it the first time yesterday. I should turn in my fan cards. I'm suppose to be a Celine and Luciano Pavoritti fan. Try to hear the original version ''Grande grande grande" by Mina (Italian), then Shirley Bassey had it in English around 1972, also nowadays by Jennifer Hudson. Great songs like this one, got to be sung by great voices and personalities.

Pavarotti wasn't the easiest person to work with (judging behind the scenes videos) but he was brilliant. Celine always performing so brilliantly from the heart. Together a magnificent combination. Two of the most brilliant voices together

They complimented each other perfectly. Celine handled this show awesomely, even better than the record. She was like a butterfly with her gestures and movement vs Mr.Pavarotti was so manly stand still. They were like a couple who are having a fight but they know best that they are madly in love. Every word of the lyric was emotionally sung like they meant it. One of the best performance in my opinion.

Yo en La Romana República Dominicana. Creo que Pavarotti ha Sido el Mejor Cantante que ha tenido la Humanidad y también me fascina Celine Dions. Tuve la oportunidad de comprar un CD doble de Pavarotti en la 5ta. Avenida de New York cuando estuve allá de Visita y aún lo Conservo....
