Use this lucid dreaming meditation to have a vivid dream experience, the induction as part of a guided meditation will help you to relax into the lucid state needed. By using a body scan as a relaxation technique and perhaps closing your eyes or fixing your stare on an area can help.
This lucid dreaming meditation can help understand dreams and interpret them as you learn how to interact with them.
Near the end of this session, the storyline turns towards a guided meditation for sleep, again with a talkdown to relax you. Remaining calm throughout the experience, you will remember your dreams.
I hope you enjoy this lucid dreaming hypnosis or astral projection type session.

when he said open your eyes to see the lucid world i opened them but i was still in real life :/ yeah this just made me feel super relaxed and i felt like i was floating a little above my body but maybe that’s just because im a bit drunk

I never get nightmares and I slept with this one time and had nightmares that felt so real I had to call my gf to make sure she wasn’t cheating on me at 4:30 AM

@@M3LLY999 rightly so. If you're gonna go into an altered state of mind you should expect that any fears. Trauma. Or self doubt that you aren't over would cause them to manifest and keep you trapped in the experience. You either lucid dream a nightmare. Or are too flustered with your thoughts manifest on the Astral plane to even focus on exploring.

I normally lucid dream when I have nightmares. It's when my emotions are most powerful in my dreams and I usually wake up unhappy with the result of the dream and jump back into it and change it until I've calmed down :) Or it's a repetitive nightmare and I know what's gonna happen so I change it. Or it's too hot with nothing to cool me down so I grow some trees real fast for shade :)

Hey for first timers , i have a tip for you ,if you start to feel a bit scary ( you might see shadows or hear things) i want you to welcome Those feelings and relax , is normal , this is when your brain starts to dream 👌🏻

@@blane-pizzaking-crews6960 im glad you reach out , a friend told me that whenever you start to drift into your sleep , squint your eyes without forcing it and picture yourself out the bed staring at yourself and try to imagine the point of view that you would have if you were staring at yourself from outside the bed , not only would you get distracted it also allows you to find a way in into your dream 👌🏻👌🏻

I listened to this in the morning after a night of sleeping. It was the perfect time and it was amazing! After months of trying at night, it finally worked and I was lucid dreaming! I was flying, controlling my environment, and even flew to visit my old house. I can't wait to do it again. Thank you!!

I do it over and over but fall asleep. If I want it to work best, I have to do it early morning in REM cycle after I have already been dreaming. it has worked for me 3 times doing that.

i did it !! i had a lucid dream but then happened something that happens to me a lot, i forgot i am dreaming, i was trying to make a portal but it didn’t work so i wanted to go to some mirror and then i forgot, plus at first it was a normal(sad) dream, then i was like „oh i am dreaming i will try to shift” and then i forgot it is a dream again, but thank you !!

This video eased me into the most profound lucid dreaming I have ever experienced, I was flying, crawling up the sides of buildings, and lots of other stuff ;) I have been lucid dreaming and projecting for 5 years and this is without a doubt the best of them all, every time I went into one I felt a very physical feeling starting from the centre of my face and it felt like curtains opening all the way to my ears, the dream would begin and afterwards the curtains would close, then the constant reminders would slip me back in...totally blown away by this, thank you Christian.

@@Kill_Switch-fz5qy You have to clear your mind before you go in, before you put the video on lie for 10 mins and relax, try to put everything out of your mind, and focus on your breathing as this (for me) is the most important thing of all, take it in then expel it at a comfortable rate. Oh and I have a wee mantra I repeat in my head during my wind down "Mind awake, body asleep" over and over and after a week or two you will incorporate it into your routine. Once you are out let his voice be the thing that pulls you back; "Can you xyz" those are the specific things that will trigger you into a LD, and try to stay calm, the best way I would put it is to just go with the flow, a load of times at the start I would realise it was working, then get all excited and said to myself "I am lucid dreaming!" and BANG I was out of it. A quick test to do when you are out and it starts is to take your index finger and try to poke it through the palm of your hand, if it goes through you are there and can enjoy yourself.

Try flying, it is the best thing ever, I used to be able to astro project as a child, and the beginning was always the same, I would jump off the top of my stairs and just before I hit the bottom I would fly off and out of my front door and through mountain ranges etc, i can do this again while lucid dreaming and it gives me a really strong connection to my childhood that gives me warm and fuzzies.

It’s magical how many of us scroll through the comments, and tonight I realized there are no negative comments. Glad my cat didn’t jump on me. I wish the joy spreads for us as we destress in these crazy times. We are living in a changing time and expanding our minds. Mo Schouten Twitch eyelids means your body is going through REM. From what I remember (correct me if I’m wrong), if u wake up from deep REM u might expriance sleep paralysis.

i started to not feel my body anymore and it felt like i was floating above my bed and that my hands and stuff aren’t on the bed but then i started seeing flashes of light behind my eyes and i accidentally opened my eyes a few times thinking i was in a dream but i couldn’t visualize anything because all that happened was my eyelids started twitching really fast and for some reason i got scared and started breathing heavy lol. this happened multiple times :( i felt close but i couldn’t get into the visual part, i was still too awake. this is the first time i’ve tried a guided lucid dream meditation so i’ll have to try it again and update you all :))

zabooma fu i haven’t tried recently because like i said, i always get scared for literally no reason and start breathing heavy ahah and i was scared that would happen again. this was maybe my third night doing it in a row and those were the best results i got. i haven’t tried since that night but i was thinking about trying it again tonight so we’ll see :)

Meditation Vacation I would suggest doing it after waking up in the morning so you won’t fall asleep again that way your body is more relaxed and your mind is awake and I also was facing the ceiling instead of the side I loved it so much! This is the first time it has worked for me I appreciate it!

wow I have been practicing lucid dreaming and astral projection all week and then BAM you serve me with one and I love it! I was dreaming that my dog was dying of thirst. When I woke up three hours later he was begging to get back up on the bed. I know that he got down to get a drink cuz his bowl was almost empty this morning. :-) 🐶😁 talk about a vivid dream ♡dor

Olivia Smith I’ve been practicing hypnosis and lucid dreaming for 2 YEARS and the exact same thing happens. I’ve never had a lucid dream and only once did a successful past life regression. I feel connected to the spirit world and hypnosis but I still fall asleep. I’ve been doing it for so long and I’m out of ideas. Someone help!

This was the trippiest guided meditation I've done quite a few going to 5th dimension, floating thru portals. It's excellent. Just remember body asleep, brain awake. Beginners usually keep eyes open at first. Enjoy & shine

Okay so I’ve been playing this before bed leaving it on as I drift asleep every night for a couple months now. My dreams have definitely gotten more vivid and detailed. Lucid ? I’m not there yet. I did have ONE dream where I did recognize that I was in a dream but as soon as I realized it, I got too excited and woke myself up. Hasn’t happened since & didn’t get the chance to try and control anything in that one dream. HOWEVER, I’m a stoner. I’ve been smoking ganja since I was 14 and have always taken tolerance breaks ONLY because weed takes my dreams away. Since I’ve been listening to this, I’ve been smoking day & night and still dreaming every single night. This definitely does SOMETHING but may take more months of listening :)

guide for lucid dreamin.. drink on friday night and get hammered. go to sleep at 3am and set alarm at 10:30am sat morning. hit the snooze button and then turn off your alarm and sleep some more. ull be in a lucid dream state for sure.

this stuff is really powerful, i was on the brink of lucid dreaming but i couldn’t move in the real world, i freaked out and tried to move for multiple minutes, i was completely sleep paralyzed but I broke out somehow, ill try again tomorrow

I listened to this video last night & omg. I saw & felt a shadow come out of me twice and back into my body. I couldn’t move. Then when I finally realized what was going on & I started walking in my dream my legs were moving in bed as if I was walking. Dreams & pockets of pictures felt so freaking real.

I can't find a separate version! I can't find vivid dreams! Vivid and lucid dreams are different, lucid = knowing you're in the dream itself, feels real but things don't appear correct, or what we are all used to in the waking world. Vivid = crystal clear, vibrant colours, literally feels like the waking world, everything also appears to be correct, it's likely our brains take in the smallest details of reality and place it into the dream reality, making it even more real.... there is a difference between a vivid and lucid dream, and if you have both, then well done, congratulations! I have lucid dreams all the time, where I am fully conscious of what's going on, but then after a while or so, it starts becoming too real, so I forget I'm dreaming, and then I simply just go on about my day not realising that I'm still inside my own head? Or some other dimension? I believe that normal dreams are inside our heads, I also believe the same for vivid and lucid dreams, however I believe that both lucid and especially vivid dreams are apart of another reality

I’ve been trying to lucid dream for over a year and I feel the vibrations and see visuals and then my anxiety ruins it every time. This also happens when I tried smoking weed- it’s like I’m subconsciously scared of being in a false reality even if it’s a beautiful place. I’m going to keep trying. Also, does anyone know the dream significance of vitiligo? I don't have it, but in my last dream I looked down and had pale white patches that looked like vitiligo on Caucasian individuals. I'm also a Christian, so any way you want to interpret it that way is cool.

I’ve done this a few times accidentally but I looked into it and now I’m actually able to control it sort of.. I start to dream but I’m fully aware that I’m dreaming. I can make things happen but I know It’s not “real”? It’s almost as if I’m in another dimension but I control that dimension. It’s very neat and this video was a huge help,, thank you.

I love that he repetitively reminds me to relax my body frequently. It really helps. The first time i listened to this video, 2 days ago, I really had to keep reminding myself to come back to reality, because ive never had a lucid dream meditation actually work And im worried about leaving an empty vessel, also what if i cant come back? lol Anyways, Here goes round 2 with a more open mind.

This video showed up yesterday in my KZfaq feed. I didn't click on it I just read the text that KZfaq automatically puts on it. During the afternoon nap I had an OBE. I followed the suggestion to picture the room in my mind and it worked. It was hard to control, I found myself in my room and it took a lot of effort to keep my feet on the ground because I was floating but I wanted to walk. My daughter was also asleep next to me and I saw her real body and another more transparent body above here, it was like I was seeing double. After that I wanted to move to the corridor but I lost my sight, I could feel the handle of the door with my hand but I couldn't see so I gave up. I found myself back in bed. Thank you very much. This video did the trick for me. Thank you!♥️

I found that doing transandental meditation in bed helps with. Astrol. Mind you it dose take while to learn transandental. Took me 6 mth.. But I master it. An I find I have more vivid dreams after doing it. In bed. Relaxing.

start with simple manifestation techniques !! u can use positive affirmations to calm your anxietly and meditation to put you into a deep state of relaxation to tap into your subconscious. try n start small, it might help you get over that mental block!!

I know it may sound cliche, may I suggest cupping your nose with your hand and concentrating on your breath. It's a very simple exercise. let me know

Here’s a tip, look at eye patterns and focus on breathing.

He is going a bit fast to be honest. Best thing is to breath in deep 4 second counts, hold for 2 seconds, then breath out deeply for 4 seconds. Keep doing that about 7 times and that will start to relax you. If you get itchy, like I do, each time you breath out envision you're breathing the itch away. That takes a few breaths. Just focus on your breathing. It does typically take 10-20 minutes to be fully relaxed so keep focusing on your breathing until you feel relaxed enough to do what he's telling you to.

Katgirlxo_o Jackson same here! The drop In sensation terrifies me but I know it’s all part of the process. If you try again , just know everything will be okay and you can always turn back and wake up, or ride it out and keep calm and remind yourself it’s not real , then try and enjoy , loads of people are in the same boat :) just keep trying x

Omg omg OMG!! I’ve been trying to lucid dream for months and something finally happened last night while listening to this! I was listening to this and all the sudden it suddenly get really bright almost as if everything was coming into focus.. I then it got darker and I saw this red and black flower pattern ripple across my vision... I can see it so vividly. But then it got bright again but I got so excited that I think I woke myself up 😡🤧but thank you so much! I have hope now!!! Going to try again tomorrow night🤞Wish me luck. This is the only video out of about 30 I’ve tried that has actually helped me thank you so much! God bless you.. ps if anyone else has had an experience like that please let me know and tell me how to keep myself from waking up☹️

If you come in that state try stabilasing your dream by looking at your hand or trying to blink if your hands have 12 fingers and you cant blink you are sleeping but dont do it to often it can wake you up

This allowed me to lucid dream for the first time ever I have been trying for 2 months and IT WAS HORRIBLE it was so trippy first I entered somewhere it was a party and I was naked and running from people so they won’t see and then out of no where it changed to me going in the car with my family and some dudes came and tried robbing our car and by then I was screaming in my lucid dream I legit was trying to wake myself up

I do know you’re in control of your dreams soo if shit like that happens try flying away or picture a portal behind u then go into it. It should put u into a different dream

I literally didn’t lucid dream when I tried listening to this. But after I got back from a early doctors appointment, I took a nap and I became lucid in the middle of the dream because I remembered when you said about touching stuff and texture

Glad to know I’m not the only one who has been trying for multiple years with no luck. I mean, not that I’m glad you had no luck-lol- I’m just relieved bcuz I’ve tried for so long, I have started to think it’s not possible for me, or I’m blocked.?? Let me know if you have any luck. Had a lucid dream! It was great I jumped off a airplane and had a Parachute it was the best experience then I went to this dealership and started driving a bugghiti and a lamborgani

If you have it, stay calm, say yourself that it is not real, if you don't want to enter a lucid dream through it, start to wigle your toes and finger just a bit until you wake up. And: don't open your eyes, the sounds are scary enough.

in my experience I assure you that it is unlikely for you to have sleep paralysis, but that’s for me, I’ve been lucid dreaming for years every day (yes, I mean EVERY DAY without fail) and I have never once experienced sleep paralysis in my life. Unless you frequently have sleep paralysis then I have no idea what the chances are for you getting it lol

unicorn rose be in the moment , actually think as if you’re entering a dream , a lot of people just sit there and think they’re going to lucid dream, but their not thinking nor visualizing themselves entering another dimension

What the actul freaking shit was that? Not only did i get the worst nightmare i had in years, I also had sleep paralysis and didn’t move for ages after waking up because I was so freaking terrified that it wasn’t over! I’m still crying and shaking
