Fuckin right. But I prefer this way that there is no reference to the DC universe at all. Make it unique with the series. Its connected, but not really in the sense that no fucks are given to Barry, Oliver, supergirl and friends cause their universe are all irrelevant as fuck to Lucifer and friends.

Morpheus Tom Ellis stated in an interview with EW that this scene is set during the five years that Lucifer was in L.A. prior to season 1. I’ll bet it was interesting to go back to play that version of the character!

The way Lucifer said it is actually the correct way to pronounce it. People have been mispronouncing the character's name for so long, so that's most likely a jab at all that

1. Constantine was suppose to be barefoot coming anywhere near Lucifer. 2. Only humans with no superpower can come near Lucifer, anyone with super powers instantly looses it being in his presence. y? 3. No one but God is more powerful than the man from the ACTUAL SUN in the sky. everything living needs the sun. 4. Science just noticed a Bubble around the Solar system. This would be considered that crisis.

Comics Lucifer is absurdly powerful. Powerful enough to make Darkseid look like a common everyday thug by comparison. There are very few beings in DC that can even come close to a legitimately serious Lucifer. If Lucifer had a reason to actively want the Crisis stopped and chose to do so himself, he very likely could stop it with pretty much just a snap of his fingers. At this point in time though, Lucifer simply doesn't care enough to bother. Now, if this was Lucifer after the end of his show? Lucifer would have most likely been more than willing to help them out.

When Lucifer makes a meta joke; Grant Morrison, this guy lives outside the comics So basically every version of lucifer is the exact same lucifer, living one even outside the movies, he’s probably the same one from the first Constantine movie, which is probably how they met

@@rageguy4981 Let me explain, in the Comics, both God (aka the presence) and Lucifer exist in the different plane of existence to the point that the omniverse and parallel worlds don't matter to him. There is no counterpart to Lucifer on the Flash world or on the nazi world, he is singular. Here's a list of his powers in the comics dc.fandom.com/wiki/Lucifer_Morningstar_(New_Earth) I mean, of course, he doesn't have these powers in the show but that doesn't mean that he cannot travel between worlds.

I love the ConstanTINE vs ConstanTEEN reference. It's a bloody damn shame that Matt Ryan never got to play Constantine on the Swamp Thing show. His talents would be MUCH better served on a adult show. However, any chance to see him perform Constantine is a treat, so I won't complain.

Season 6 of Lucifer just came out and Lucifer mentions how he invented an entirely new afterlife which is purgatory for Dan, but here he mentions entering purgatory :'D maybe the afterlife works differently on different Earths, just thought it was interesting to point out. Besides CW / DC really does love doing the whole child from the future thing

Tom Ellis' Lucifer created a purgatory in Hell for Dan so that he wouldn't be tortured. But, ironically, his purgatory hell room loop consisted of only 2 things to pass the time--a seemingly perpetual game of ping pong with a inept opponent and only one book to read, "Field Guide to Birds of North America," which he said he read over 10,000 times in a Season 6 episode. So, as it turns out, his purgatory really was hell.

Interesting thing is how when Constantine and the gang arrived in Purgatory, they were on a shore. Like in Dante's Purgatory, they arrive on a the beach of a shore. In other words, Purgatory is a Dante reference

wouldn't it have been cool had Detective Douche (Kevin Alejandro) appeared along with Lucifer and John Diggle got spooked and said ''Oh No it's Sebastian Blood'' Dan, Lucifer, Mia Smoak and Constantine would have curiosuly asked: WHO? Diggle would then have replied with: Sebastian Blood, he was the former Mayor of Star City on my Earth, who was the leader of a bloody blood cult and he has a leather brown monstrous skull mask with Jagged Teeth and Horned Tusks (a Nod to Kevin Alejandro who portrayed Sebastian Blood/Brother Blood in Arrow Season 2), and it's nice to see that Constantine has history with Lucifer, wish we saw that time they met

This would be cool but in this scene, it’s set back years way before Lucifer even meets Dan and Chloe. Therefore wouldn’t make sense.
