The character is closer based on the earliest idea of Satan than you think. Hebrew Samael, the punisher and seducer is very much in Lucifer, be it the Comics or The show.

Geez, he's amazing! Charming looker, and that ACCENT! And you can tell he's having as much fun as we are! But we can also tell when things annoy or are just plain painful; Tom has an incredible range as an actor. His facial expressions are to DIE FOR! Love him, hope the show stays for a loooong time!

I've never heard of Tom Ellis before like a week ago when I started binge watching Lucifer. Another show I put aside for a long time because I thought it was too silly. Well, it is NOT. Lesson learned, I should not listen to my gut feelings in cases like this. And Tom seems like a very nice person and I liked how he interacted with the interviewer, great talk.

Judit Thoma Oohh me too! I’ve never heard of him (I actually first saw him in OUAT S02 but just realized it) before Lucifer. I ignored Lucifer ads on Netflix for quite some time until last 3 weeks, when I by chance turned it on because I need smth to watch while doing some house chores. And look where I am now🤣🤣

Great interview! Interviewer was asking great questions and interacting with Tom perfectly. I hate when some interviews are just the interviewer asking questions then talking over the answers. Tom is a lovely man and I love the show. Can't wait to see more of Season 2!

I probably wouldn't have lasted past the first couple episodes without them. XD All Luci's remarks about the biblical mentions. I wish someone would make one long video just with them. Each and every one had me rolling. I waited so long for someone to exclaim "Jesus" just because I wanted to know what Luci would respond to it, for instance xD

Seeing the mix of his English accent and the rare times he does a perfect American accent in the show I was starting to think this guy was American that does a great English accent not the other way around

He's irresistible isn't he? Watching season 4 episode 2. Ella says something is "amazeballs" and the next scene is literally newly buff as hell shirtless Tom, looking just that. 🏋️‍♂️💥
