This was a request from a extremely close friend of mine and she wanted me to make if to ALA this year. Originally I wanted it in mainly Zelda's and Link's p.o.v. But it diverged into the champions and their successors as well, which I think worked out for the best. LOL one of the requirements for the amv was the inclusion of Kass XD, I think I found a good spot for him XD Anyways I hope you all enjoy!

this is such a gorgeous video, and came at a very poignant time for me - I just beat calamity ganon and coming back to watch this just added to all my bittersweet feelings about finally beating the game...

this was really beautiful, i havent played the game, but this is still an emotional video. my fav bit was Zeldas perspective because it was a nice antithesis to her being reduced to a trophy or a perfect bland princess as it sometimes happens in fandom.

aww thank you! I hope you get to play it someday! I never saw Zelda as a trophy at least in thr Zelda games I have played. But yeah I guess fandoms can interpret characters differently

@@NekoKitkat25hug sexism is a hell of a drug, general I am kind of good at finding my corner in fandoms and then sometimes you see a take on a character (or theme etc) and think wtf? did they played/saw the same source? I mean I even saw people call Mako Mori from Pacific Rim a "useless damless". but the game looks really great! and so does your vid!

@@anonymousanon3055 yeah Sexism sucks. I tend to not really engage in fandoms I guess? Like I do and don't, I just draw and make amvs and favorite and like amvs and art I like of a series XD. I tend to ignore people who say things that baffle me about a series. like the Mako thing. I only saw the movie once but yeah she was far from useless. Btw thank you so much!

I watched this a lot. It's such an amazing edit. Footages are arranged so well and even find something from the early trailer. So great and feel inspired.

I know nothing about games -- so this is my first time seeing anything about a new Zelda game. But this really makes me want to play it! The video was beautiful, and it flowed so well with the song. I liked the part in the middle where you switched to Zelda's perspective. All the scenes matches the lyrics so well! Great job.

Have you thought about doing another one for this game (sub-series) now that we have the new Hyrule Warriors? Your LoZ amvs always take my breath away. If I could make a request though, I’d love to see your take on Twilight Princess or Skyward Sword. TP was my first and still remains my favorite LoZ, but SS has quite a bit of amv potential. Rising above his fear, overcoming pain and loss, and beating overwhelming odds at every turn.

This makes me cry a lot. No joke. I love this video so much. It's total perfection. I've shown it to a lot of people and they all love it, and they all laugh at me when I tear up EVERY TIME.
