You can get freeze dried marshmallows in Wall Mart. They are next to the chocolate coco in a plastic jar. They taste the same without the food coloring.

When I was a kid back in the late 60s-early 70s, I would eat all of the marshmallow treats and leave the crappy dry bits!

Honestly, I am glad they never went the route of using just marbits and calling it a cereal. Tried it when I was a kid by separating an entire box of Alphabits (which tasted exactly the same), and I had headaches for a good part of the day.

High asf at 3am and I jus realized the reason they don’t like to sell the marshmallows is bc it would influence ppl to buy competitors cereal to attempt new creations 🤯

I love hearing about the classic cereals and certainly adored many of them as a kid (Froot Loops, Apple Jacks, Fruity Pebbles and Quangaroos (an obscure orange cereal that wasn't around for long :-()). I've been off of refined sugar for many years and haven't had a bowl of a single classic since probably the early 80s. What I don't like about many of the modern cereals is that the mascots' eyes look like they're wacked out on ecstasy or something. They don't need the unlikely eyes to sell their cereals. They can stand on their own many merits.

I buy the all marshmallows on Amazon for around 14/15$. but I don't like it with 100% marshmallows, its good to do like half and half lol

I would love this. Whenever I eat Lucky Charms I try to eat all the cereal pieces first so I can eat 100% marshmallows at the end.

My kids use to separate the entire box every time I bought them so we never got the special packaging but we been had the only marshmallows it took lots of time to separate the oats from the marsh but it was fun and enjoyable for them to do and enjoy!

I begged my mom for a box of Lucky Charms in the late 70s because it had a checkerboard on the back and the checkers inside. The cereal eventually got thrown out because I hated it. It was stupid of me, too, because we already had a normal sized checkers set.

I picked out all of the sugar bits and filled up a empty 50 count dvd spindle to the top. I later threw it away since no one wanted it. I won't buy this cereal again. The company told me to try (I forget which one) another one of their cereals (that was close to the cereal part), since i only like the cereal part.
