Love this channel it ensures I keep an open mind.. I am 75. I have lived this way for 45 years. It has really made me feel my very best. Can't recommend yoga enough. I started at 67 and I am now at intermediate level. It changed my physical and mental life. I'm 48 and hardly show any wrinkles. I workout 6 days a week, both cardio and strength training. I eat healthy and sleep at least 7 hours each night. For my skincare I use Olay moisturizer with SPF 30 and serum.

I really enjoy this channel but one thing i have noticed about this other channels is that Michelle Obama is used as a fashion icon but the blindingly obvious Melania Trump is completely ignored..the woman is beautiful.. sophisticated.. cosmopolitan... fashionable but she is always excluded... for me its not about politics or who she's married to..its that she is the most elegant first lady ever..
