Please play any of her hits because she is now on the verge of of being the best in the World. This time next year SHE WILL BE THE BEST . Yes Barbara Streisand is in a world of her own n I saw the movie n liked the song but it wasn’t amongst my top 20. Lucy has smashed that now where she’s now my favourite singer. I’m much older than you n I’ve had the privilege of hearing so many female greats - including Celine, Dianna Ross, Ella ??, Marilyn McCoo, Whitney n more. Lucy has just NAILED ANOTHER TOP SONG! Ohh I get shivers up my spine listening to to her n the hairs on my arms stand up high. I went back a week ago n listened to Barbara n there is no doubt Streisand is awesome but the biggest difference I felt was the depth in Barbara’s was much deeper. I think Lucy has just gone sky high lately n I’d love to hear you review EVERGREEN and “All By Myself”. The thing with Lucy is that she can sing so many different song types. Look out cos Lucy’s on her way !

Lucy is the best!,this was her interpretation of the song!,the way she wanted to sing it,without copying any other version!,when Lucy wishes to belt it out she most certainly can!,just listen to her backlog!,thanks for reviewing her!,I believe she will be a major Star in due course!🤩

She sang it just like Barbra Streisand. Listen to them side by side and you’ll see Lucy just copied her interpretation. But Lucy DOES have a beautiful voice.

Lucy most often keeps close to the origional as a sign of respect whilst putting enough of her own interpretation on the song,that is Not copying in my view.

Quite simply Lucy is a very talented singer with a beautiful heart , and so humble ,her main lane imo is musical theatre but with that voice can perform most genre well .

Lucy has released a pretty steady stream of videos since she was 14 years old. You can hear how her voice and her vocal skills have evolved over time. Her most recent release - A Brand New Day - shows you where she is today at the ripe-old age of 19.

Lucy Thomas is one of the best female vocalists in the world today and many vocal coaches have said that. I don´t know what you mean by taking her foot off the Accelerator. I have listened to the Original by Streisand and Lucy version back to back and I prefer Lucy´s version. Lucy has been singing since she was 7 years old. Chris Broom an award winning songwriter and owner of Cavendish records the Label Lucy is under .said that he was introduced to Lucy when she was 13 years old and he saw in her the potential to become one of the greatest vocalists of all time ,Lucy´s pure tone and natural musicality stood out she is a uniquely brilliant story teller. and has the unique ability to completely connect the audience to the songs. He asked her to record one of his songs One Day" When Lucy does a cover she never just copies the original she always puts her own spin on it and many say her versions are better than the originals. She is Staring in a musical due to open in London´s West end next year called Rosie this is being written by Chris Broom the opening was delayed as Lucy was still at School and could not star in it. Please mention the artists channel when playing their work and got to their channel and like and subscribe as you ask people to to yours. Every cover I have heard Lucy sing is better than the original. Thanks for your reaction to Lucy.

Thanks for your comment and for watching! Sorry if I didn't mention that I list the link to the video and her channel in the description because I always do AND that info IS IN THE DESCRIPTION! I do love that about music, everyone gets to have their own opinion on it and no one is ever right or wrong. But it does make me happy she has such a fierce fan in you!

But I do hope that each one could walk away knowing how fiercely I fight for reactors to give artists credit on their videos. I let myself down by forgetting to mention it on this video. As an interpretation of the song this was perfect, not sure why given the lyrics you would "bring it home" in any different way, neither Streisand or Knight did any different. My favourite is Lucy as she has such a clear head voice without the nasal twang the others have. Lucy in all her many performances brings a lot of emotion, and enormous edfortless power when she needs to. I would recommend reacting to one of her duets. Especially the prayer, with Martha her sister. Enjoy the interpretations. None have over the top vocal gymnastics or shrieking, just pure clarity.

topgunaudio I find it so disrespectful when these so called "reactors" play a singers song and then talk talk talk about some other singer, like this woman did about Striesand when listening to Lucy. she is a user, using Lucys and other singers to get her followers to come and sub, I will have to see more than one reaction to a singer before I will sub. I did that to start and one Lucy song and then months and months of notifications of some off the wall singer plugging up my notifications !! !

LOL a death trap I don't think so! Ms Thomas's voice stands alone and is every bit as vibrant and powerful as Barbra's with better clarity no nasality. Her voice has no zenith. Love your platform and as always a thumbs up!

Just went to your site and checked the videos and artist and 4 or 5 were 90% of your videos you play and NONE of what I listen to, this appears to be the only time I could find you played Lucy...that says a lot !!! ! NO THANKS and especially since your face is displayed as most of the picture on all of them. shows what is important !!!

Obviously you didn't go very far in your 'checking' lol because I react to a lot more than 4 or 5 artists on my channel. I do feature 4 or 5 more often because I only do reactions based on requests and those are completed on the hierarchy of your support as I get hundreds of requests. (Personals, Patrons, Top Supporters, Twitch Subscribers, KZfaq comments and Twitch followers) So I please my community, if you want to join my community and bring your favourite artist to the fold, that's fantastic! BUT my #1 RULE is you never bash another artist or band. I demand respect for all artists because I and my community respect all genres, eras and voices. @@TeeSpicerReacts Actually I went back almost a year and the pattern develops very quickly, you see I do my homework and research before I sub to reactors, learned that the hard way, sub for a singer they play one and months and months go by nothing else and all I get is notifications from many many reactors and no repeat video/songs, so I unsub, and you can tell by the way the reactor conducts their reaction where there support is , the singer or themselves,

I agree with your review. Its almost a note for note rendition of Barbra but without any urgency or emotion in her voice. Her voice is pretty and so is she. She reminds me more of Debby Boone. She should cover You Light Up My Life by Debby Boone.

Horrible review, you are entitled to your own opinion, which was biased from the get go, but you didn’t ask your viewers to support the artist you just critiqued. Without the artist you don’t have a gig!

Unfortunately there are a number of them out there. Many of them have the original artist stuck in their minds and don´t realise there is better out there. I get annoyed when they don´t ask you visit the artists channel.

I'm sorry but I didn't even know she had a fandom. (which now that I do, I find totally awesome!) I do my reactions based solely on requests and this one came from one of my patrons. But I will admit it was on me that I didn't mention what I always do because it's a very important part of any reaction I do. I did list the links to her video and channel in the top of the description as I ALWAYS do. And views mean nothing to me because I can't ever be monetized because of the country I live in, so that dispels everything you all accuse me of.

I can assure you all that Tee. always supports artists by referring to their channel and with links in the description this was just a very rare oversight by tee .as for her reaction imo she was honest explaining who her favourite singers were . she was very positive and complimentary throughout , I don't see the reason for your critical comments.

Never heard of you before came here because you had Lucy doing a song and of course we Long time Lucy followers Know she is the BEST, and she so out sings Streisand not even in the same league, Better voice in all ways. And it seems like you like to talk build up YOUR channel never a mention to support Lucy so I will not sub or like. IF I want to hear Lucy I have all FOUR of her CD's and any other songs I can find on you tube !! !

ALL dress rehearsals from her up coming starring role in the Musical ROSIE, Also ONE DAY her first original recording at 14 years old....all songs Streisand NEVER sang, also her duets with her YOUNGER sister, THE PRAYER, WHEN YOU BELIEVE, OH HOLY NIGHT, THE CLIMB , and the last SMILE< where their mother koins them also so YOU can see where they get their talent, just a few for a start and Lucy has 4 CD's released FYI Try any or all and be further impressed

How disrespectful can a so called reactor be ???? a 13 minute video and she spends 5 minutes to start talking about the nasal one !!!! wow!!!! And she has NO idea Lucy sings the songs and does NOT have to SCREAM them, so NO she did not "lift her foot off the gas !!! WOW !!!!!
