U must be from central or northern Florida cuz south Florida is the greatest place for just about anything I'm from south Florida live in Alabama by the Georgia border and it's okay here but I got to get back to Florida it's just a different world where I'm from I was walk out my door and look to the right and see literally the world's largest guitar which is also the hotel of the hard Rock now in Hollywood Florida that's like 30 something stories tall in the shape of a guitar body that light up the windows in different types of famous guitars and then the light that comes off the top where the neck of the guitar would be is so bright that they call it the endless neck if you look up its goes up higher than your eyes can see can you see it for 3 counties

I ride with the west coast in this life and the next and always stay true to my roots, but I say this with a full unbiased opinion that south side rappers were definitely the top dogs in the early 2000s. As a 90s baby, I grew up on Pac, Dre, and west side connection, but it was the dirty south that was really there throughout my adolescent years. I am truly blessed to have had the pleasure and privilege to live through this evolution of hip hop 🙏🏾

I miss these days... too much hate in the world now. It’s almost like people want a reason to hate someone. Back then it was all about being proud of where youre from... being proud of the life you live. Music was art that we all shared.. we all could relate. Now everyone has lost sight of what’s really important... our future. Our kids future. Instead of sending that hate to the ones who deserve it ( THE GOVERNMENT, ALL THE CORRUPT PUPPET MASTERS) we send it to people who deal with the same things we do on the daily... Durban in South Africa is the place where indentured labourers were brought to cut sugarcane. As a descendant of the canecutters, I can empathize with black folk from the South. The lost children of Africa and the lost children of India share alot in common... God bless Durban & Georgia!!!

When I used to sing Georgia On my Mind in school choir I would always cry after, it was such a moving song to me as a little girl. I heard this song a year after I moved out of GA, and it has the same effect every time, especially the video, even a decade later. I miss it so much 🥺🥺 ♥️
