Today I’m making a wonderful roll with curd cream and strawberries from pancake dough. No baking powder, no yeast. Everything is prepared in literally 30 minutes. This roll tastes very much like the Karpatka roll, but everything is prepared much easier and faster. I recommend making it and trying it.

Ingredients:
Dough:
Baking tray 36 cm x 38 cm
Eggs (large) ... 4 pcs.
Sugar... 40 g
Milk (warm) ... 300 ml
Butter... 30 g
Salt... ¼ tsp.
Vanilla extract... 1 tsp.
Flour... 220 g
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes
Curd cream:
Curd cheese (soft cottage cheese) ... 400 g
(I have Philadelphia cheese)
Cream 33% ... 200 ml
Powdered sugar... 100 g
Vanilla extract... 1 tsp.
Strawberries... 500 g

01:01 Beat 4 eggs with salt, sugar and vanilla extract.
01:22 Add milk and flour, mix.
01:55 Pour in the melted butter and stir again.
02:04 Pour the dough onto a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake until done.
03:18 Mix cream cheese, cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
04:08 Apply the cream to the cooled cake.
04:30 Evenly distribute fresh strawberries (or other berries/fruits) over the cream.
04:48 Roll the cake into a roll and leave it in the refrigerator to stabilize the cream, if necessary.
05:05 Trim the edges of the roll, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve.
The result is a simple, quick and delicious dessert!
