Ludwig thought it was a super mega hangover or something, but turns out he was just uber sick, and didn't realize it. So that's mainly why he got to that zero energy state.

@@nanashi7779 Eh, my thought was two fold. One, that the people who commented will probably not return to the video just to read through comments as they likely already watched the video. So instead I just message them directly so they get a message. Two, that people generally don't look at the reply of every comment, so hopefully they see one of them go OH neat, and move on with their day.

I liked 8, even though it was heavily heavily flawed. I liked 7, for the most part, 7 remake isn't too bad. I liked Tactics and mystic quest. X was like you said, so damned slow to start and it was also brain dead easy.

@@NussbertBeinhart Game Of Skate is an actual skateboarding turn based challenge. The game begins when a skater lands a trick, and then the other must replicate it. Who starts the game is decided by roshambo. Every time a skater doesn't land the trick, they get a letter. The skater that gets all the letters from the word skate, loses.

I enjoyed this video from my hotelroom in austria, chilling with a broken leg and rib. I’ve been snowboarding for over 20 years and finally tried skiing for 1 day and immediately broke my leg, but at least I got to watch you guys ski.

15:42 there's a rule when going slalom; whenever you say "Let's do one last run", that's when you stop. That "last run" is when accidents happen. You should always feel like you can do another run when you quit. Fatigue sets in really quick, and Lud here looks like he's about to fall over. This would have been the perfect time to call it quits Slalom is a lot less fun when people get hurt

Thank you so much for doing this, Connor. I used to go skiing in Austria and Switzerland growing up, but can't do it anymore due to a knee injury. Seeing this first person like this brought me right back.

Ludwig's in the right utilizing Chopsticks with Curry Katsu as well. As I insist on doing such myself ! Spoke with a nice Older Japanese Man in San Francisco's Japantown who told me Pre-War Japanese ate curry that way too. So Ludwig and I are just being hecka Old School that's all !

Connor, I have to say I appreciate you for live streaming this ski trip as this is one thing I cannot achieve for myself. On the count I have bad knees and ankles. If I did those jump, my knee would probably pop out. D: SO Thanks. Other than that, seeing Ludwigs energy disintegrate throughout the day and the only way he is hanging on is the peer pressure from the rest of you. Hilarious.

Even though Ludwig didn't want to continue skiing, him and all the rest of you are really fortunate to be able to even be that active in the first place. I used to ski all the time when I was younger living in Idaho and Alaska. But now that I've injured my knee while working, I can barely muster the strength to go for a walk. I would love the opportunity to ski again.

To ski the powder in Hokkaido is on my bucket list, it's the stuff of dreams. Skiing the east coast we don't get much snowfall and almost never get any powder days. Seen the pics on insta of Hokkaido with waist deep powder snow and I can not express my jealousy. Hopefully, I can save up a bit for a trip over in the next few years.

You need to ski Mt Isola the next mountain across. It’s where all the good powder and terrain is in Rusutsu. I can show you the good spots next time you come to Hokkaido.

@@sandenson it was pretty easy to start, find a nice easy resort and go with friends, learn how to fall and get back up, eventually get out of the snowplow and get parallel turns, then you can do pretty much any groomed trail in the world. all in all it took me maybe 20 hours of skiing to do all of that, however your results may vary because I already had a background in cross country skiing
