Ludwig Classic Maple unboxing and sound sample: So I got home Friday and had a package from Sweetwater waiting for me, a brand spanking new Ludwig Classic Maple in Black Oyster Pearl. I was blown away with how incredible this drum set sounded right out of the box. I didn't have to really mess with it at all. I then proceeded to put it through its paces from low to high tuning. The tuning range on these drums is huuuuuuuge! I didn't know it was possible for a 12 inch tom to sound so fat at a low tuning. Drums sizes are as follows 14X22 kick 8X12 Rack 14X14 Floor 16X16 Floor 6.5X14 Ludwig Supraphonic snare
