It's hilarious because to us hispanics, that completely checks out as something Rubius would do. He's even (jokingly) nicknamed as "La rata Noruega," or Norwegian rat for his deceiving and mischevious nature. I do feel bad for Rae, but it was such a good play I can only be proud of Rubius lmao

Because our brain archtitecture works in a way that causes us to have the same emotions as people we observe. So we feel bad about people that get betrayed etc. Also the reason we watch movies. It's the basis for empathy. Some people are also more or less emotional while watching sad movies. That's just how the human mind works.
